Family Lunch Is Ready

Waking up earlier today and get started cooking our food before doing other things. We will be having visitors tonight so I need to make the house well organize.

I am cooking beef with carrots and potatoes. This is one of the family favorite foods. Cooking with love made it more yummy and delicious. I knew how to cook I inherited from my mother. I was a mama's boy and I was helping her in the kitchen in preparation the spices and all ingredients before. She was a hands on mother to us when it comes to our foods. I remember her calling me and woke me up during cooking time. Oh my ghost, I miss her around me . That is why I love cooking most especially after losing her in our family. To make my cooking perfect, it must have my deepest love because it is intended to all my family members. I am a man who love cooking and among siblings we are three who have the talent of cooking. It was because our mother taught us how to be independent while we were still young and there is no regrets I got her intentions and passed her cooking knowledge to us.

My recipe today is so yummy and I know they will become happy when they see what I am cooking. I get it ready so after their work, the dining table is already ready for them to eat. We are not eating together. The one who is hungry will serve themselves and wash their dishes after eating. I don't like messy lavatory and kitchen.
