Do We Need Vitamin C?

As far as I know, even in my childhood life, my mother told me that we need orange for vitamin C deficiency. Though they gave us vitamins syrup every morning before we go to school, my father always bought oranges in different varieties. We were all trained to eat fruits but as this moment, I forgot sometimes about it. During the pandemic, yes, I bought different kind of fruits and this week I did it too.

I bought two kilos of sweet orange so I could have an early access of food every time I feel hungry. Avoiding rice too to avoid the risk of sugar added to my blood cells. There are so many things to apply everyday for our own health benefits.

Oranges are one of the most healthiest fruit we should have in our table like an apple. We should know how how to work in our body after the massive attacked by coronavirus. If we are aware of what should be our food intake, 100% we are safe every day. And of course avoid going out without mask until now. Orange is a good source of vitamin C, so let us buy this fruit always .
