Chopsuey

A beautiful Monday to have the blessing once again from a neighbor who celebrate his birthday today. He didn't able to contact my phone to invite me join his birthday party. I was then sleeping so when I woke up, he handed a stray full of chopsuey. What a delicious food that I have. I am save again from cooking for two meals. I eat my lunch too late and later I will eat my dinner with the chopsuey. It is yummy but not the same the way I cooked this recipe.
