Ceviche For Lunch

I have visitors today and we are talking about the coming New Years eve. Maybe we will celebrate it in our sister's house to lessen my burden of cooking at home . I will just assist her and contribute any amount to make it perfect welcome New year's eve celebration for a fruitful and abundance of the coming year.

Today, I cooked and made ceviche which we often eat. Not all the time, iI served this but they love it so much. The fish I used is so fresh and expensive. It is more expensive than tuna and this kind of fish is for special recipe either soup or ceviche. We don't have it last Christmas. We are now in fish recipe
