Eggplant With Eggs

Cooking for breakfast at noontime. I woke up late and hungry. I cooked scramble 3eggs with onions, garlic and tomato. I had fried eggplant in fridge so I put it on the top of the scrambled eggs. I keep the scrble eggs turned into golden brown. While not yet over cooked, I put three fried eggplant on the top of the scrambled eggs. I looked having a good presentation.

This is my new idea how to cook eggplant and eggs with spices we wan to mix
