Homemade Cream Caramel

I am trying making a cream caramel that made up of ready mix powder. Someone gave us from abroad. They said that the process is just like a leche flan but no need of eggs at all.
Leche flan needs a lot of eggs in a single serving but this one is different. What we need is water with 10 tablespoons of powdered milk. Add two cups of water using the molder itself. Caramelized a tiny amount of sugar in a pan and put into the bottom of the molder. When the water, milk and creme powder is boiling, make sure that it will not spill out from the casserole. When it bubble up, turned off the fire and drop the mixture to the molder and keep it in fridge for 2 hours and done .

Serve it cold after dinner or lunch.

Interesting! How does it taste without eggs? Does it taste like leche flan?
