Vegetable Nuggets

This healthy snack I suggest for you most especially to your children. I learned how to cook this from my mother when we were still young and I pass it to the new generation of my family.

This could be a snack or even a light meal. Prepare a potato, sweet potato, bell pepper, carrots, eggs and flour. No water needed, just mix the eggs and the flour with the shredded vegetables. There's a liquid extraction of the vegetables from shredding so you can control how much flour you should mix on it plus a tablespoon of corn start. Create a good batter to have the best portion while dropping into the oil. The oil must be warm, not too hot so the veggies will be gradually cook and you can have a crunchy vegetables nuggets.

There is a secret how to obtain the crunch of what you are frying. Add a tablespoon of corn flour to all your prepared batter for frying.
