Grilled Chicken
This is not a common grilled chicken like what you see around because it is a native chicken. The texture of the meat is different from the dressed chicken in the market. There is also another way how to cook between native and 30 days old chicken.
When you have to grill a native chicken, it must be marinated with seven up soda drink to tenderize the whole chicken quickly. Put all the spices and grilled for 40 minutes. My homemade grilled chicken have a better taste compared to the commercialized one. If I were you, do it like what I did. Cooking at home with my family is so funny. The laughter and company made me so happy .
