Beef Soup

It is called nilagan baka in Tagalog and another blessings from my sister once again. She bought more than her family to share with us. Our house are near or 10minutes drive. She can reach us quickly or sometimes she called me to pick what she wants to give us.

Today , she cooked earlier for us to have soup for lunch. It is better to eat meat during the day than eating meat at night. Dinner must be a lighter meal.

This is pure beef meat and we love this recipe and her way of cooking is different from my cooking. Thanks to my sister, she save me from cooking and I have no messy kitchen again.
