Early in the morning I went to the wet market to buy food for us and my pets. I saw some fresh new arrived tuna . At the same time, I heard my family talking about it. We are not having this many time.

So I bought and cooked. Grilling with charcoal is the best traditional way of grilling.

To have the best grilled tuna, you have to wash it well and cuts the both side of the tuna to drained the excess blood inside the body. Put enough salt to a better result of your grilling.

Served hot with sauce made up of lemon, soy sauce, garlic, onions and vinegar. If you want a delicious and safe grilled tuna select the fresh one. How to determined the fresh one? See the clear eyes and do not choose the eyes with blood clots. That could be the sign of old stock tuna.
