Mi sueño es vivir en un lugar donde pueda tener contacto directo con la naturaleza. De este modo, evitaría en gran medida estar cerca de todo agente contaminante. La población sigue creciendo a pasos agigantados, además considero que estamos mal distribuidos. En mi ciudad por ejemplo, la cantidad de personas en un mismo espacio, impresiona.

Cuando la gente se molesta y siente que sus derechos no son tomados en cuenta, protesta en las vías dónde más problema causa a la población. Imaginen una zona superpoblada todo el caos que genera. Tratar de ir al trabajo en medio de un grupo de personas que decidió pelear por sus derechos, es algo que detesto porque invaden los mios pero a su vez entiendo.

Cuando los docentes en Venezuela nos hemos sentido atropellados, salimos a las calles a protestar, reclamar y exigir sean reconocidos nuestras peticiones. Así como otros profesionales y ciudadanos comunes respetan nuestro derecho a la protesta, asimismo, respetamos cuando les toca a ellos.

My dream is to live in a place where I can have direct contact with nature. In this way, I would largely avoid being close to any polluting agent. The population continues to grow by leaps and bounds, and I believe that we are poorly distributed. In my city, for example, the number of people in the same space is impressive.

When people get upset and feel that their rights are not taken into account, they protest on the roads where they cause the most problems to the population. Imagine an overcrowded area and all the chaos it generates. Trying to go to work in the middle of a group of people who decided to fight for their rights, is something I hate because they invade mine but at the same time I understand.

When teachers in Venezuela have felt trampled, we went out to the streets to protest, claim and demand that our petitions be recognized. Just as other professionals and common citizens respect our right to protest, we respect theirs as well.

Con esta exposición doy por sentado mi apoyo a aquellos activistas que se preocupan por la situación climática aún y cuando no se haya comprobado nada. Realmente, no creo que necesitemos más evidencia de la destrucción del planeta a causa de la mano del hombre. Han sido muchas las maneras de manifestar los reclamos pero la sordera selectiva sigue privando la lealtad hacia el planeta.

Ahora bien, si vamos a otro tema de consciencia, nadie tiene derecho a perturbar la paz de otro, en este caso, por qué ha de darse la protesta si entre todos podemos colaborar. Los gobiernos son los encargados de garantizar la paz, a ellos depositamos nuestra confianza para que junto a sus equipos de trabajos reduzcan en la mayor medida posible los problemas de un país.

Obviamente, también estamos los ciudadanos para cumplir de manera consciente con aquello que puede perturbar nuestra tranquilidad entre ellas, lo que afecta nuestra salud y bienestar dentro del planeta que habitamos.

With this presentation I take for granted my support for those activists who are concerned about the climate situation even if nothing has been proven. I really don't think we need more evidence of man-made destruction of the planet. There have been many ways to manifest the claims but selective deafness continues to deprive loyalty to the planet.

Now, if we go to another issue of conscience, no one has the right to disturb the peace of another, in this case, why should there be a protest if we can all collaborate. Governments are the ones in charge of guaranteeing peace; we place our trust in them so that together with their work teams they can reduce as much as possible the problems of a country.

Obviously, there are also the citizens to comply in a conscious way with that which may disturb our tranquility among them, which affects our health and welfare within the planet we inhabit.

Lastimosamente, las manifestaciones no son más que medidas drásticas donde se expresa la molestia por el caso omiso que hacemos frente a verdaderas problemáticas. Hay que extremar medidas para lograr ser escuchados y aunque la acción pueda no obtener resultados favorables, son necesarias ya que de algún modo impacta.

Lo triste de todo este asunto son las evidencias que se siguen recabando, si hay protesta es porque aún no tomamos consciencia del daño irreversible que estamos haciendo al planeta y por ende a la humanidad.

Unfortunately, the demonstrations are nothing more than drastic measures to express our annoyance for the lack of attention we pay to real problems. It is necessary to take extreme measures to be heard and although the action may not obtain favorable results, they are necessary because in some way they have an impact.

The sad part of this whole matter is the evidence that continues to be gathered, if there is a protest it is because we are still not aware of the irreversible damage we are doing to the planet and therefore to humanity.
