Vecinos conflictivos primera parte/Troubled neighbors part one [ESP-ENG]

Hola a todos el día de hoy quiero compartirles algunas malas experiencias con los vecinos a lo largo de mi vida, en general detesto los conflictos y soy un persona que no suele involucrarse con las personas de mi comunidad, siempre he tenido una cantidad moderada de amigos y para poder relacionarme con alguien debe de existir un interés de mi parte, ya sea que compartamos algo en común o por cuestiones de escuela o trabajo terminemos interactuando. Esto no significa que si alguien me habla de momento no le vaya a contestar o lo haga de forma ruda o grosera todo lo contrario tiendo a ser amable la mayoría de veces.

Hello everyone, today I want to share some bad experiences with neighbors throughout my life, in general I hate conflicts and I am a person who does not usually get involved with people in my community, I have always had a moderate amount of friends and to be able to relate to someone there must be an interest on my part, whether we share something in common or for school or work reasons we end up interacting. This does not mean that if someone talks to me at the moment I will not answer or do it in a rude or rude way, on the contrary, I tend to be kind most of the time.

Comenzare con lo más reciente, hace unas semanas iniciaron el proceso de pavimentación en una calle a unos cuantos metros de donde vivo esto implica que se realizaría trabajos para poner primero la acera y después el pavimento necesario para esa calle, hay una delegada que se encarga de gestionar los recursos para esta obra y para estar pendiente del buen uso de la materiales para evitar el mal uso de estos, el problema radica que en esta calle existen personas muy conflictivas pero los que más destacan son un par de hombres maduros que para todo alegan y gritan y esperan que todo se haga como ellos dicen se siente amos y señores de esa calle.

I will start with the most recent, a few weeks ago they began the process of paving a street a few meters from where I live, this implies that work would be carried out to first lay the sidewalk and then the necessary pavement for that street, there is a delegate who is in charge to manage the resources for this work and to be aware of the good use of the materials to avoid their misuse, the problem is that there are very conflictive people on this street but the ones that stand out the most are a couple of mature men who do everything they plead and shout and hope that everything will be done as they say they feel masters and lords of that street.

Estas personas hace unos años nos impidieron realizar nuestra conexión a la toma de agua a la que tenemos derecho por el contrato que tenemos con el municipio y los pagos que se realizaron conforme a a la ley, esa vez habíamos contratado a las personas que harían la zanja para enterrar la manguera y realizarían la conexión de nuestra toma de agua ya se tenía todos los materiales y los permisos correspondientes y cuando ya se estaba llevando todo esto acabo, comenzó el conflicto salieron estas personas a gritar y amenazar a nuestros trabajadores hasta ya les querían pegar porque según ellos no podíamos conectarnos a esa toma de agua porque ya estaba saturada cosa que no es cierto esa toma está pensada para 20 familias y solo existían 10 familias conectadas y nosotros seriamos la numero 11, yo en ese momento tuve que dejar mi trabajo para dirigirme al lugar para tratar de dialogar con las personas y mostrarles que teníamos todo en regla además le hable al encargado del servicio de aguas de mi localidad para que estuviera presente como autoridad.

These people a few years ago prevented us from making our connection to the water intake to which we are entitled by the contract we have with the municipality and the payments that were made in accordance with the law, that time we had hired the people who would make the ditch to bury the hose and they would connect our water intake, we already had all the materials and the corresponding permits and when all this was already taking place, the conflict began, these people came out to shout and threaten our workers until they wanted them hit because according to them we could not connect to that water intake because it was already saturated, which is not true, that intake was designed for 20 families and there were only 10 families connected and we would be number 11, at that time I had to leave my job to go to the place to try to talk with people and show them that we had everything in order, I also spoke to the person in charge of the water service of my locality so that it would be present as an authority.

Cuando llegue los pobres trabajadores estaban rodeados y no los dejaban moverse las personas estaban gritando en ese momento decido interceder y decir que no estaban haciendo nada malo que eran mis trabajadores y que teníamos los permisos se los mostré en ese momento y comenzaron con que no era posible que ellos no tienen agua y que ahora menos iba a haber y que mi familia y yo no éramos de ese lugar que no teníamos derecho de conectarnos que nos mandaran a otra toma, las tomas cercanas a mi vivienda ya no tienen agua o están saturadas realmente y para ese momento ya teníamos 10 años viviendo en nuestra casa así que ya somos residentes fijos de la comunidad.

When I arrived, the poor workers were surrounded and they were not allowed to move. The people were screaming at that moment. I decided to intercede and say that they were not doing anything wrong, that they were my workers and that we had the permits. I showed them to them at that moment and they began by stating that it was not It is possible that they do not have water and that now there would be less and that my family and I were not from that place that we did not have the right to connect that they send us to another outlet, the outlets near my home no longer have water or are saturated really and by that time we had already lived in our house for 10 years so we are already permanent residents of the community.

Trate de razonar con ellos el hecho de que si ellos no tenían aguan mucho menos nosotros si a ellos les caía dos a tres veces por semana nosotros teníamos que estar contratando camiones cisterna para tener agua para poder seguir viviendo ahi y pues que casi no ocupamos agua pues la mayor parte del tiempo estamos en nuestro trabajo, poco valió mi intento de razonar pues seguían gritando y cada vez llegaban más personas por un momento pensé que nos iban a golpear de verdad, al poco rato llego el encargado del servicio del agua y yo esperaba que se hiciera respetar y que diera la orden de que nos dejaran conectarnos pues no estaban cortando el derecho al agua, pero no paso así esta persona se vio amedrentada y superada por las persona y me pidió que nos retiráramos y pues al no tener su apoyo no me quedo más que decirle a los albañiles que tomaran sus cosas y nos fuéramos.

I tried to reason with them about the fact that if they didn't have water, much less so if they had it two to three times a week, we had to hire tanker trucks to have water to be able to continue living there and, well, we hardly use any water. Well, most of the time we are at work, my attempt to reason was of little use because they kept shouting and more and more people came for a moment I thought they were going to really beat us, shortly after the water service manager arrived and I I hoped that he would be respected and that he would give the order to let us connect because they were not cutting off the right to water, but that did not happen. support I have no choice but to tell the masons to take their things and leave.

Cuando nos estábamos moviendo del lugar los dos hombres mayores empezaron a decirme que si íbamos a dejar la zanja así que como era posible y la verdad para ese momento yo ya estaba muy molesto y les dije que me dejaran en paz o íbamos a tener verdaderos problemas, dada la situación ellos tendrían que hacerse responsables de rellenarlas las zanjas pues no habían permitido completar el trabajo y que yo no pensaba gastar más dinero cuando ni siquiera iba a tener el servicio del agua y que si tenían algún problema con eso que fueran a buscarme, ya nos retiramos del lugar esa vez y tuvimos que esperar el cambio de administración dentro del agua para que el nuevo encargado se hiciera cargo en conectarnos para evitar más problemas.

Pues ahora durante la pavimentación esos mismos señores que todo lo quieren hacer como ellos quieren se les ocurrió rascar más profundo para emparejar la calle, aunque el ingeniero encargado de la obra ya les había dicho que no era posible por los tubos de drenaje y las mangueras del agua, a estar personas no les importo que se les había dicho que no se podía así que cuando se fueros las personas de la obra, ellos trajeron las excavadora de la comunidad para rascar y rompieron las mangueras de las tomas del agua de muchísima gente y también un tubo de drenaje.

Well, now during the paving, those same gentlemen who want to do everything as they want it occurred to them to scratch deeper to level the street, although the engineer in charge of the work had already told them that it was not possible due to the drainage pipes and hoses of the water, these people did not care that they had been told that it could not be done, so when the people left the work, they brought the community excavator to scrape and broke the hoses of the water intakes of many people and also a drainage tube.

Así que tuvimos que ir nosotros a buscar nuestra manguera nuevamente y cambiarla para poder tener agua nos costó mucho trabajo el poder encontrar nuestra toma pues había muchas migueras rotas y muchas tomas ya clausuradas, ese día descubrimos que uno de los dos viejos problemáticos tiene tomas clandestinas de agua ya que tiene una invernadero y usa muchísima agua pero no paga por ella, y cuando pensamos que todo estaba solucionado estas personas de nuevo empezaron a molestar con nuestra toma que nos la quitaran por todas la cantidad de ideas estúpidas en sus cabezas.

So we had to go look for our hose again and change it to be able to have water. It cost us a lot of work to be able to find our intake because there were many broken migueras and many intakes already closed, that day we discovered that one of the two old problematic ones has clandestine intakes of water since it has a greenhouse and uses a lot of water but does not pay for it, and when we thought that everything was solved these people again began to annoy us with our taking it away from us because of all the stupid ideas in their heads.

La delegada les explico que no se puede retirar el servicio a nadie siempre y cuando tenga su contrato y vaya al corriente con sus pagos cosa que nosotros tenemos hemos cumplido totalmente, y para acabarla de joder nos volvieron a romper las mangueras nuevamente el día de ayer. nosotros ya metimos una queja contra estas personas por que no es posible que hagan tantas tontearías y afecten a otros y se vayan como sin ningún castigo, la misma delegada ya está harta de estas personas pues también la han insultado y amenazado.

The delegate explained to them that the service cannot be withdrawn from anyone as long as they have their contract and are up to date with their payments, something that we have fully complied with, and to finish fucking it up they broke our hoses again yesterday . We have already filed a complaint against these people because it is not possible for them to do so many foolish things and affect others and leave without any punishment, the delegate herself is already fed up with these people because they have also insulted and threatened her.
