[ENG/ESP] Ladies of Hive Community Contest #127: Women "Rights, equity and support".

     Hello my dear friends of HIVE, happy Friday to all, we are already starting our weekend and I don't want it to end without having participated in this interesting contest #127, that brings us our beautiful community of #ladiesofhive, through two excellent questions that our friend @joanstewart, left us, where we will be touching topics of great importance for us women, such as our rights, equity, mutual support among us and others.

¿Are we assisting to defend our rights, equity, defeating poverty or sitting on the sidelines, supporting each other, and how?

    It is no secret that we have been fighting against a system, a world led by men, where women have always been devalued and oppressed throughout time, but thanks to many strong, brave and warrior women before us, who said "enough" and took on the task of raising their voices, to be heard and fight for everything that had been denied; Today, we have the courage and strength to defend our rights, overcoming that stereotype, where men believed and made us believe that they were superior to us, and with the caveat that we also recognize each other, we have that intuition to know if something is right or wrong with that woman who is next to us, and we do not hesitate to extend our help in most cases, because thanks to GOD and our desire to improve, we are increasingly prepared professionally, able to assume positions and responsibilities where we can assert and guarantee our rights and not only our own but that of many women.

    In my work I have had to see and face difficult situations together with my colleagues, but we never lowered our gaze to leave other women who need support to their fate, for example, cases of pregnant women whose condition was not respected, other women victims of abuse of power, others belittled just for being a woman, with the slogan "I can do it better than you", but thanks to GOD, everything has been controlled, without consequences, why? Because of the simple and great fact that we are united, if something happens to one, the other knows it, and immediately come to us who are their department supervisors to notify us, and this happens because we always talk to them, they do not hesitate to inform us of any irregular event that affects them.

¿Do we keep contact with other women regularly, checking in if they require any assistance, sharing burdens between each other, and how?

    Personally yes, and more now, because thanks to technology, today we are more united than before, just a message or a call away, creating even groups or communities to help each other, achieving lighten the burdens that possibly carry the cost of that friend, because she knows that we will be there to support her, for example I am in two groups on whatsapp, One of the groups is for single friends, and there besides telling each other what is happening in the day, giving us advice and so on, we are also aware of our needs, that way we do not miss anything about us, so we are aware and present at all times, we do not hesitate to help and support each other; In the other group is the group of coworkers, something similar happens, we share a lot of useful information that can help us to do our work much better, to learn from each other, to advise us, and obviously to help us in everything we can, avoiding that any of us faces a problem alone, knowing that she has a team of women friends, supporting her at all times.

    Like us, I know there are many more women, supporting each other, using the best tools to be in contact, to face together any difficult situation and assert their rights.

     Hola mis queridos amigos de HIVE, feliz viernes para todos, ya estamos iniciando nuestro fin de semana y no quiero que termine sin haber participado en este interesante concurso #127, que nos trae nuestra bella comunidad de #ladiesofhive, por medio de dos excelentes preguntas que nos deja nuestra amiga @joanstewart, donde estaremos tocando temas de mucha importancia para nosotras la mujeres, como lo son, nuestros derechos, la equidad, el apoyo mutuo entre nosotras y demás.

¿Estamos ayudando a defender nuestros derechos, la equidad, venciendo la pobreza o quedando al margen, apoyándonos unas a otras, y cómo?

    Para nadie es un secreto que venimos luchando en contra de un sistema, un mundo liderado por hombres, donde la mujer siempre fue desvalorizada y oprimida a lo largo del tiempo, pero gracias a muchas mujeres fuertes, valientes y guerreras antes de nosotras, que dijeron “basta” y se dieron a la tarea de alzar su voz, de ser escuchadas y pelear por todo lo que se le había negado; hoy en día, tenemos el valor y la fuerza para defender nuestros derechos, venciendo ese estereotipo, donde el hombre se creía y nos hacia creer que eran superiores a nosotras, y con la salvedad, que también nos reconocemos una a la otra, tenemos esa intuición de saber si algo anda bien o mal con esa mujer que está a nuestro lado, y no dudamos en extenderle nuestra ayuda en la mayoría de los casos, porque gracias a DIOS y a nuestras ganas de superación, cada vez estamos mas preparadas profesionalmente, aptas para asumir cargos y responsabilidades donde podemos hacer valer y garantizar nuestros derechos y no solo el nuestro propio sino el de muchas mujeres.

    En mi trabajo me ha tocado ver y enfrentar junto a mis compañeras situaciones difíciles, pero jamás bajamos la mirada para dejar a su suerte a otras mujeres que necesitan apoyo, ejemplo, casos de embarazadas que no se le respetaba su condición, otras mujeres víctimas de abuso de poder, otras menospreciadas solo por ser mujer, con el lema “yo lo puedo hacer mejor que tu”, pero gracias a DIOS, todo se ha podido controlar, sin consecuencias, ¿porque?, por el simple y gran hecho, que estamos unidas, si le pasa algo a una, la otra lo sabe, y enseguida vienen a nosotras que somos sus supervisoras de departamento a notificarnos, y esto ocurre porque siempre hablamos con ellas, que no duden en informarnos cualquier evento irregular que las afecten.

¿Nos mantenemos en contacto con otras mujeres regularmente, comprobando si necesitan ayuda, compartiendo cargas entre nosotras y cómo?

    En lo personal sí, y más ahora, porque gracias a la tecnología, hoy en día estamos más unidas que antes, a solo un mensaje o una llamada de distancia, creando hasta grupos o comunidades para ayudarnos entre sí, logrando aligerar las cargas que posiblemente lleve a cuesta esa amiga, porque sabe que estaremos para apoyarla, por ejemplo yo estoy en dos grupos en whatsapp, que es una herramienta muy útil, uno de los grupos es de solos amigas, y allí además de contarnos que nos va sucediendo en el día, aconsejarnos y demás, también estamos al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, de esa manera no nos perdemos de nada con respecto a nosotras, así estamos al tanto y presente en todo momento, no dudamos en ayudarnos y apoyarnos; en el otro grupo es de las compañeras de trabajo, suceda algo similar, compartimos mucha información útil que nos pueda servir para hacer mucho mejor nuestro trabajo, para aprender una de la otra, para aconsejarnos, y obviamente para ayudarnos en todo lo que se pueda, evitando que cualquiera de nosotras enfrente un problema sola, sabiendo que tiene un equipo de mujeres amigas, apoyándola en todo momento.

    Así como nosotras, sé que hay muchas más mujeres, apoyándose mutuamente, utilizando las mejores herramientas para estar en contacto, para así enfrentar juntas cualquier situación difícil y hacer valer sus derechos.
