Thank you :-) I didnt hear about zucchini muffins? I heard about carrots in cake and muffins. But zucchini sounds intersting I'll have a look for it.

They look great thank you! And she also has a zucchini bread reciepe. Could be fine as I'm always looking not to eat so much wheat stuff.
But I better will look for a german reciepe because some of the ingredients I'm not 100% sure what it is :-)

Zucchini-Muffins und Zucchini-Kuchen... Unglaublich lecker :o). Habe ich die letzten Jahre auch immer im Ofen gehabt, wenn die Zucchini-Schwemme im Garten zu groß wurde. Lässt sich im Übrigen auch perfekt einfrieren und ist beim Auftauen nicht trocken.
