Managing Your Body Shape Via Meal And Exercise

The importance of food cannot be over emphasized. It is essential we eat to stay healthy and the type of food we eat contributes to making or loosing your beauty as a woman. Watch your diet.

Are you a single lady out there, you just need to be hot for your spouse am sorry to use the word “hot” because when your spouse sees you, the sight of other women interest will never catch his attention.

This doesn’t means you spend the whole of your day without doing your house chores. If you do that hubby might not be really happy about it.
Am going to tell you how I control my body size through the meal I eat and regular exercises.

How I did It
I am going to start with the exercise before I talk about the meal. It’s quite simple. I sleep for approximately nine hours. By the time I come back from work at dawn, take a cool shower eat a light meal and get on my personal computer writing articles.

Within the hours of 9:00pm – 4:30am, I am up awake, even if I’m dreaming about money, I have to wake and have some minutes of devotion to my creator, Jesus Christ and then after that i use some minutes for body work out like sit ups.

Am quite sorry am not able to post my workout pictures because I do it alone and at such time pictures aren’t really photogenic enough.

I also do some jogging round the compound at the early hours to get rid out some emerging fat as a result of overlooked meals.

This had made me maintain my body shape as can be seen in the image below.

I want to say something special, there has nothing which has been so comfortable to carryout except been lazy. It is easy to carryout laziness.

Do you know as a married woman, you need to look sexy to your husband. If you do so, he will never have time for any lady outside.

Looking sexy doesn’t implies you abandon some of your duties and focus on your body alone. It’s all about time management and shift in daily routines. Some women usually have big stomach after the period of child delivery; they don’t care about look sexy to their partner as long as they all know each other.
Well, it important to look nice to hubby though.

My meal
I try to eat meal with low fat content; I tried to get rid of groundnut oil in my food. you can see the way I am in the image below, its something that worked for me.

Early morning of each day, I do take some fruit mixtures such as orange and cucumber with water melon as well.

It helps me maintain body balance internally. I wish to ask how often do you take fruits? Please do and if you are currently on it, keep on as it is necessary in living good.

Let me tell you a secret, the girl child is built to undergo modification in meals as age matures which helps you to maintain a good body balance and shape.

In conclusion
In this article, I presented some methods you can use to maintain your body shape and health. One of such important activity is daily exercise routine. This helps get rid of fats in the body.

You have wrote out a good point on how to give our body a good shape. of course it's good for a woman to look good after childbirth , but the majority of people neglect this, once the give birth, they don't care about maintain their body shape.. that's not good enough.

Apart from the issue of giving birth , exercise is good for our body, because it will in burning out of excess fat in our body and it will also help in build the body tissues/muscles.
And being mindful of what we eat will also help us in maintaining a good shape, just like you said.

You cheated, why would you direct this article to the females only? Both genders need to look healthy and smart. It is sad a lot of people focus more on makeup instead of working on their body and health.
