Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Lau Shell and Potato fry"


Ingredients:

Lau
Onion
Prawn
Green chili
Cumin powder
Turmeric powder
Oil
Salt

Process:

Take a pan. Add onions, salt and garlic. Put oil in a very small quantity. Later we'll add more oil. Then fry it and then add turmeric powder and prawn. After 2/3 minutes frying add Lau. Mix with spices and cover to cook. In between remove the lid two times and stir again. Here we don't need to add water. Lau itself will remove required water. Then after the Lau well tendered in another stove put a pan, add oil and onions. Fry with a golden brown color and mix with the Lau Curry. Garnish with coriander leafs and serve.

Serve in the lunch or dinner.

As simple as that!
