Greetings friends!

Wherever you live, whatever the climate in your region, you always have the opportunity to show heroism and strong endurance, being in difficult conditions for survival, trying to expand the boundaries of your hobby.

There are people who go to the bitter cold in the permafrost, and there are those who go to the humid and hot jungle in search of artifacts, which can be called beautiful orchid flowers.

By the way, if you don't know, at night, in the jungle, it is very easy to freeze and get hypothermia, because, due to the high humidity of the air, you will not be able to keep warm, and making a fire is a whole problem.

Whole expeditions associated with difficulties and dangers were sent in search of new species of orchids.

Perhaps a series of postage stamps Ia, issued in Cuba in 1972, is the result of such an expedition, I can only assume that.

On the next postage stamp, which received a denomination of 4 Cuban centavos, we see - Tropical Orchids.

I have not found this postage stamp on sale and it is difficult for me to specify the exact range of its price, but I think that this amount is close to the cost of the previous postage stamps from this series.

I don’t really like to write monogram on my photographs, but in order to avoid abuse, in the future, or disputes as to whether I photographed a postage stamp from my collection, or this is another source, I will indicate the authorship of the photograph, although there are no two, exactly the same postage stamps, you can always find differences, for example, denting, or the direction of the stamp of the postmark. In view of this, I can always provide the original photograph without editing and cropping the canvas, and I can always photograph the entire series of postage stamps in any order against the background of a white or pink elephant with the date and time specified by Ilon Musk, lol.

Let's take a look at this postage stamp.

I edited a photo in the program PhotoDirector, which I also installed on my smartphone.
For my publications, I do not use stock photographs, it is fundamentally important for me to use photographs that I have made with my own hands for publication and I can name them - authorial work.
