Perhaps the image in this photograph shows how to properly wake up.
You are sleeping, and a ray of sun tickles your nose, whispering that it's time for you to wake up.
This is ideal and seems like a fantasy, especially today, when from early morning I was kept awake by air raid sirens that looked little like a playful ray of sunshine.
I look at this photo and see that it is very soothing, my eyes close on their own, I want to sleep, but I will try not to fall asleep and publish this post, lol.
