I don't know if you noticed or not, but sometimes coffee takes longer than usual when you brew it in a Turk on a gas stove.

Perhaps this is influenced by atmospheric pressure and the cruel jokes of gas suppliers who pumped too much air into the gas pipeline in the hope of saving money on you and me.

Yes, recently, natural gas has stopped smelling like an odorant, even, they save on it, but everything negative has its advantages, lol, you can overcome your boredom while brewing coffee and get creative).
