I've always wanted to have a set of good Japanese chef's knives in my kitchen, now. I have them.

As you know, samurai love to wave blades and you can practice on a potato tuber, which, later, will go to bake in the oven, but now, perhaps, he will make the last, or first flight in his life, in order to be chopped in flight.
