Doubts.
Sleepiness is a feeling that can and can be illustrated with a photo of a person standing timidly on top of a diving board lol, or with a photo of a dog not knowing if he will be punished if he steals a piece of sausage from the table .
I will try to illustrate this with a photograph of a fallen tree leaf swaying in the wind and the photograph was taken at a slow shutter speed.
Doubts do not have clear boundaries only after a while a clear boundary will appear which will determine the further direction of movement but as long as you are under the power of doubts the picture will be blurry.
In general it seems to me that the word doubt was invented in order to soften such a word as fear because not everyone likes being called a coward but a person who doubts sounds quite acceptable, lol.
