En el huerto

These days have been cloudy and a bit cold around here. Today it is still cloudy but it is hot, very hot. I have been harvesting goji berries and watering squash and tomato plants, among others. The apple trees are already full of small apples as well as the pears and peaches with their respective fruits. All the fig trees are also full and every day we have to gather the ripe ones to eat them fresh or put them to dry.
December is always a special month, very hot, the garden is very green and full, it is a month to think and change, to die and be reborn.
