5 Tips to Capture Sunrise Creatively on your Mobile Phone.

Ok so you want to capture the sun's magnificent moment, emmiting every hues of amber available in the horizon. Who does not want to anyways? I will be sharing you personal tips at capturing that perfect moment without using expensive camera.

1. The sun depending on the weather emits beautiful tones of yellow spread across the horizon at that perfect hour. So the timing is everything if you dont want to miss that beautiful combibination of colors. Usually around 5 in the morning when the sun slowly rises is when the color suddenly changes.

2. Now that you are at the right time and at the right place, rest your phone on a stable area if you do not have a tripod and keep shooting. The main point is to keep shooting while the colors are constantly changing.

3. For composition purposes, use the rule of third and balance to create depth and drama. After all, you take a photo of the sunrise to tell a story.

4. The ethereal moment of the sunrise is best captured at least in my experience with mid to low ISO, around 200 or lower and with higher aperture. The good thing is, even midrange phones nowadays have manual settings to capture that beautiful shot. So do not get intimidated with the settings. They are your friend.

5. Lastly, enjoy the moment. You are there to capture that beautiful opportunity even in your most busiest day. Take the time to appreciate sunrise from all angles and perspective. Whether you are under the weather or having the best day of your life. Life is all about celebration and let sunrise becomes part of it.
