I knew a family with a similar experience with CPS. It's terrible. This was a great post to being awareness to some of the issues. Aside from any moral issues, the whole process can be debilitating simply due to the uncertainty throughout, length of the whole thing, other departments and people jumping in etc... I pray the situation improves for them. Until then, thank you for sharing,

When you look into this subject you find so many families dealing with very similar scenarios. Seems to be a tried and tested system. Also with it being a family court which doesn’t allow public access you aren’t allowed to say much without fear of prosecution. A very broken system.
