Hello everyone

Last month, I presented the story of Phuket Town but mostly focused on the night market. Today I will take everyone for a walk and experience the old town of Phuket that combines the diversity of cultures. It has a long history and has been through many stories until now for future generations to study and learn.

I won't go into much detail about Phuket Town because it can be read online. But today will be a story that I went out for a walk in the old town through my eyes and a camera lens.

Around 4 pm., I drive to park inside the temple which is the closest to the cultural road because the area around Phuket Town is just a small street. Connected, so there is limited parking. Especially if it's a weekend, finding parking becomes difficult. Because tourists are popular to come and take pictures. I recommend that it's best to drive a motorcycle or take a taxi.

Phuket Town, you can walk anywhere first because all roads are connected. I parked the car in the temple and started at Soi Romanee first. If you look back in this alley, you will see the roof of the temple. If it's a Sunday, this alley will be crowded with tourists if it's a normal day, it will be lonely, and can take photos comfortably.

ประมาณ 16.00 น. บัวขับรถไปจอดในวัดซึ่งใกล้กับถนนสายวัฒนธรรมมากที่สุด เพราะบริเวณรอบตัวเมืองภูเก็ตเป็นเพียงถนนสายเล็กๆ เชื่อมต่อกันหมดจึงมีที่จอดรถจำกัด ยิ่งถ้าเป็นวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ไม่ต้องพูดถึง การหาที่จอดรถกลายเป็นเรื่องยาก เพราะนักท่องเที่ยวนิยมมาถ่ายรูป และเช็คอินกันที่นี่ แนะนำว่าควรขับมอเตอร์ไซค์หรือนั่งแท็กซี่ไปดีกว่า ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องที่จอดรถ

ย่านภูเก็ตทาวน์จะเดินไปที่ไหนก็ได้ก่อน เพราะถนนทุกสายเชื่อมถึงกันหมด บัวจอดรถในวัดก็เลยเริ่มที่ซอยรมณีย์ก่อน หากมองย้อนกลับไปในตรอกนี้จะเห็นหลังคาพระอุโบสถ ถ้าเป็นวันอาทิตย์ ซอยนี้นักท่องเที่ยวจะคับคั่ง ถ้าเป็นวันธรรมดาก็จะเหงาๆ ถ่ายรูปได้สบายๆ ไม่มีใครมาบังเลนส์กล้องให้หงุดหงิดใจ

This street is closed every Sunday to make it a night market with many shops and a wide variety of products to choose from. On weekdays, it's a general store area that is open for sale every day.

ถนนสายนี้ปิดทุกวันอาทิตย์ เพื่อให้เป็นตลาดนัดกลางคืน ที่มีร้านค้ามากมายและสินค้าหลากหลายให้เลือก วันธรรมดาก็จะเป็นพื้นที่ร้านค้าทั่วไปที่เปิดขายทุกวันเป็นปกติอยู่แล้ว

Many shops are selling handmade products because it is popular with tourists.

Phuket Town is dotted with restaurants and bars for drinking.

This is the yellow clock building that I mentioned in the last post, it's another very popular place for photographing tourists.

This is a shop that collects antiques such as pictures related to landmarks in Thailand more than 50 years ago or various appliances that are over 100 years old. The entrance fee is only 20 baht you can take photos. The owner of the shop is very kind and tells stories about the things he likes to collect.

This hand sewing machine is over 100 years old and still works normally which the shop owner demonstrates how to use it.

The insects in the wooden boxes, the shopkeeper said, came from Japan, and when shaking the cabinets, their legs moved like life. The insects in the red box came from China. It is a shirt brooch to add beauty it can move as well.

Phuket Town has many painting shops.

I walked in circles to admire the architecture of the buildings. But there are some roads that I haven't taken. If you want to walk and see all the streets of Phuket Town, it takes almost a whole day to complete.

บัวเดินเป็นวงกลม แต่เป็นวงกลมวงเล็กๆ 555 เพราะถ้าเดินครบถนนทุกเส้นคงต้องใช้เวลาทั้งวัน ก็เลยเลือกเดินในวงกลมวงเล็ก

Phuket Town has many interesting and amazing places. I'll take you to a cafe surrounded by Alocasia macrorrhizos which are found in many forests in Phuket. The atmosphere inside is very shady.

Inside is a small building built along the back of the building and a small shop many are inside this building.

บัวจะพาเพื่อนๆ ไปชมบอนกระดาษขนาดยักษ์ ซึ่งบอนกระดาษนี้ขึ้นอยู่ตามป่าหรือข้างทางมากมายเลยในภูเก็ต บรรยากาศภายในร่มรื่นม๊วกกกก.... ใครสายเซลฟี่ หรือชอบอัพไอจีไม่ควรพลาดด้วยประการทั้งปวง ซึ่งภายในอาคารนี้แบ่งเป็นร้านขายของเล็กๆ มากมาย

ที่เหมาะมาก เหมาะสำหรับการถ่ายภาพคู่กับธรรมชาติสวยๆ โดยไม่ต้องเข้าไปในป่า แค่เข้ามาในเมืองก็มีป่าบอนกระดาษยักษ์เป็นพร๊อพให้ถ่ายรูปสวยๆ

The atmosphere inside is shady with Alocasia macrorrhizos and beautiful ornamental plants suitable for girls photogenic.

I walked around the old town from 4 pm until 5 pm. Tired and hungry, I stopped by a newly opened restaurant. I followed from the page they reviewed on Facebook. It's in Soi Romanee, which is close to the temple where I parked my car. Stop by for a quick bite before heading home.

A new Taiwanese noodle restaurant opened in Phuket Old Town. It's like bringing China to the center of Phuket. Newly opened noodle shop, Ximian, Chinese style shop, when entering the shop, it gives a Chinese atmosphere. Furniture and furnishings are from China.

In addition to eating noodles, you can also make Chinese tea with Chinese calligraphy at the shop.

ร้านบะหมี่ไต้หวันเพิ่งเปิดได้ไม่นาน ด้านในตกแต่งจีนจ๋าเลยสวยงามม๊วกกกก..... เฟอร์นิเจอร์ส่วนใหญ่ส่งตรงจากประเทศจีนเลย

I ordered 1 bowl of beef noodles and 1 bottle of water, it tastes delicious. I ate the noodles and hurried home as it was getting dark.
