While I see a good use case in renting market and the project has strong features, I wonder why the supply is of just 3,500,000 tokens. I simply cannot remember other projects with such a low supply, or it will be extending over time...?
Nevertheless, it is a good domain that is yet to prove itself but when it does it will show some big numbers.

I was also surprised at such low supply, I however do not think it will be increased, that's the max and could remain so.

But as for proving itself, I guess we'd just have to keep a close eye and see how it does...
