Hi guys! Today I'm going on a road trip again, with an uncertain beginning and end. I wanted to have a good breakfast before I set off. I've told you my breakfast style before. I don't like a full and fragmented table. A few plates and easy-to-eat food... so I decided to eat pancakes. I went to the little pancake shop in our neighbourhood. It's a strange place. Everyone in the neighbourhood calls it a pancake shop. But the sign says everything but pancakes. 😂😂

Selam millet! Bugün gene, başı sonu belli olmayan bir yola çıkacağım. Yola çıkmadan önce sağlam bir kahvaltı edeyim istedim. Daha önce de kahvaltı tarzımı söylemiştim. Dolu ve parça parça bir masa sevmiyorum. Bir kaç tabak ve kolay tüketilecek yiyecekler… onun için gözleme yemeye karar verdim. Mahallemizdeki, küçük gözleme dükkanına gittim. Burası garip bir yer. Mahalledeki herkes burayı gözlemeci diye tarif ediyor. Fakat tabelasında gözleme dışında her şey yazıyor. 😂😂

After I had my breakfast and came to my senses, I realised that this is a boutique place. It is very different from other pancake shops. The seats and tables in the workplace resemble a cafe. I have already mentioned about the signboard. Apart from that, there are interesting paintings and ornaments on the walls. The kitchen is open and everything is in plain sight. So you can see how the food is made. This is very important. Because eating food that you do not know how and where it is prepared behind closed doors can make you feel uncomfortable and uneasy.

Kahvaltımı yapıp, aklım başıma geldikten sonra, buranın, butik bir yer olduğunu fark ettim. Diğer gözlemecilerden çok farklı. İş yerindeki koltuk ve masalar, bir kafeyi andırıyor. Tabela konusuna zaten değindim. Bunun dışında, iş yerinin duvarlarında, ilgin tablolar ve süs eşyaları var. Mutfak açık ve her şey göz önünde. Böylece yediklerinizin nasıl yapıldığını görebiliyorsunuz. Bu çok önemli. It's a small neighbourhood. That's a very nice detail. Everyone sitting at the tables close to each other knows each other. Sometimes when the owner of the workplace leaves somewhere, you can get up and get your tea yourself. I even brewed the tea myself once. 😂 Since the atmosphere was intimate, I prolonged the tea a little. So, I was exposed to the listening of my neighbour at the next table, who had just started a saxophone course, full of crackling sounds. That's okay. The saxophone has a strange sound that I like very much. I was able to close the cracks and focus only on the part I like.

Burası küçük bir mahalle. Bu da çok güzel bir detay. Yakın olan masalarda oturan herkes birbirini tanıyor. Bazen iş yeri sahibi bir yerlere ayrıldığında kalkıp, çayınızı kendiniz alabiliyorsunuz. Hatta ben bir keresinde, çayı kendim demlemiştim. 😂 Ortam samimi olduğu için çay faslını biraz uzattım. Öyle olunca, yan masadaki, Saksafon kursuna yeni başlayan komşumun, çatlak seslerle dolu dinletisine maruz kaldım. Olsun. Saksafonun, benim çok sevdiğim garip bir sesi var. Aradaki çatlakları, kapatıp, sadece sevdiğim kısmına odaklanabildim.

Meanwhile, taking advantage of the sound of the saxophone, the sisters of our neighbourhood got into an intense gossip. 😂 So I photographed this strange pancake shop and my neighbours for you. I wish everyone happiness...
