What's our family holiday traditions? - Ladies of Hive Community Contest #59
Hola amigas de la comunidad @ladiesofhive estoy contenta por participar en este grandioso concurso realizado por @elizabethbit donde responderemos una o dos de las siguientes preguntas:
1️⃣ Las fiestas tienen que ver con la tradición. ¿Cuál es su tradición navideña familiar más preciada? Cuéntanos sobre él, cómo surgió y por qué es especial para ti.
2️⃣ Tantos adornos brillantes (y tal vez algunos no tan brillantes). Muéstranos tu adorno navideño más preciado y cuéntanos la historia detrás de él.
Por supuesto que tenemos muchas tradiciones familiares, aunque no es la primera que realizamos, es la que mas disfrutamos, justo el día uno del mes de diciembre, compartimos una taza de chocolate caliente con ponqué o torta, esta celebración la hacemos para darle la Bienvenida a la Navidad.

1️⃣ The holidays are all about tradition. What is your most cherished family holiday tradition? Tell us about it, how it came to be, and why it's special to you.
2️⃣ So many shiny ornaments (and maybe some not so shiny). Show us your most treasured holiday ornament and tell the story behind it.
Of course we have many family traditions, although it is not the first one we do, it is the one we enjoy the most, just on the first day of December, we share a cup of hot chocolate with cake or cake, this celebration we do to welcome Christmas.
Como lo preparo fácil / How I prepare it easy::
En una olla coloco una barra de chocolate de 200gramos(Savoy) añado medio litro de leche, incorporo un cucharada de maicena (este ingrediente se mezcla con un poco de leche en fría) e incorporo esta preparación a la mezcla, finalmente añado un poco de canela en polvo. El truco es remover con una paleta de madera hasta espesar.
Servimos calientico en las tazas y acompañados con torta o ponque.
In a pot I place a 200 grams chocolate bar (Savoy), add half a liter of milk, add a spoonful of cornstarch (this ingredient is mixed with a little cold milk) and add this preparation to the mixture, finally I add a little powdered cinnamon. The trick is to stir with a wooden paddle until it thickens.
Serve hot in the cups and accompanied with cake or cake.
La Navidad es una fiesta que celebramos alegremente, mi hija es la que más se divierte en esta época, le gusta mucho compartir en familia, siempre espera ansiosamente su taza de chocolate. Esta vez por la zona donde nos mudamos hace mucho frio así que, se preparó para recibir la Navidad con su gorro y bufanda.
