Cool and Beautiful Educational Place: BKN ASN Development Center

Educational places should be cool, beautiful and comfortable. Free of air and noise pollution. A comfortable place, fresh air, free from noise, supporting an educational atmosphere so that each participant can focus and absorb knowledge comfortably.

That's the kind of atmosphere that I, and perhaps 100 other participants from various cities in Indonesia, felt when taking part in training to increase capacity as members of the Election Supervisory Body. The location is in Ciawi, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia.

From Soekarno Hatta Airport, I took the Damri bus (a government-owned company) with a ticket price of IDR 120,000 to Bogor, known as the City of Rain. This price is cheaper than privately owned buses. Damri buses are clean, safe and comfortable.

I arrived at the Botany Terminal. To continue to the event location at the National Civil Service Agency Development Center (ASN-BKN), I took a Grab ride for around IDR 40,000.

The location is somewhat remote inland. The only unpleasant thing is that access to it is via small roads. But once we arrive at the location, we will feel the freshness of the air, something that is expensive for residents of Jakarta, which is the city with the highest air pollution in the world.

Here, every morning we can hear birds chirping every morning. I used it to jog around the location in the morning. There is a jogging track that residents can use.

I and other participants from Aceh Province also used several locations to take photos together, to create memories and mark the fact that we had set foot and breathed the air here for five days.[]

Tempat Pendidikan yang Sejuk dan Asri: Pusat Pengembangan ASN BKN

Tempat pendidikan seharusnya memang sejuk, asri, dan nyaman. Bebas polusi baik udara maupun polusi suara. Tempat yang nyaman, udaranya segar, bebas dari kebisingan, mendukung suasana pendidikan sehingga setiap peserta bisa fokus dan menyerap ilmu dengan nyaman.

Suasana seperti itulah yang saya, dan mungkin 100 peserta lainnya dari berbagai kota di Indonesia, rasakan ketika mengikuti pelatihan untuk peningkatan kapasitas sebagai anggota Badan Pengawas Pemilu. Lokasinya terletak di Ciawi, Bogor, Jawa Barat, Indonesia.

Dari Bandara Soekarno Hatta, saya menumpang bus Damri (perusahaan milik pemerintah) dengan harga tiket Rp120.000 tujuan Bogor yang dikenal sebagai Kota Hujan. Harga ini lebih murah dibandingkan dengan bus milik swasta. Bus Damri bersih, aman, dan nyaman.

Saya tiba di Terminal Botani. Untuk melanjutkan ke lokasi acara di Pusat Pengembangan Aparatur Sipil Negara Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (ASN-BKN), saya menumpang Grab sekitar Rp40.000.

Lokasinya agak terpencil di pedalaman. Satu-satunya yang tidak menyenangkan adalah akses menuju ke sana melalui jalanan kecil. Tapi begitu tiba di lokasi, kita akan merasakan kesegaran udara, sesuatu yang mahal bagi warga Jakarta yang merupakan kota dengan polusi udara tertinggi di dunia.

Di sini, setiap pagi kita bisa mendengar kicauan burung setiap pagi. Saya memanfaatkan itu untuk berlari pagi di sekitar lokasi. Ada jogging track yang bisa digunakan para penghuni.

Saya bersama peserta lain dari Provinsi Aceh juga memanfaatkan beberapa lokasi untuk berfoto bersama, untuk membuat kenangan dan memberi penanda bahwa kami pernah menjejakkan kaki dan menghirup udara di sini selama lima hari.[]
