Spirituality°^ soul contentment

The relationship of spirituality is distinct from religion. As we need food for fulfilling the requirements of our body, in my view spirituality is absolute desire which makes us spiritually unified and effective. I going to answer this question by @ecotrain

• What does spirituality mean to you ?

Numerous things are restored in our mind since childhood but we realize their valid use at the favorable time. I remembered my grandmother always notified me that don't discuss your sufferings to people.Express them to the Lord as He has only power to relieve your soul. Now I understood who is that honourable power Who can elevate me from all the miseries. In this modernity, we have each technological gadget to amuse us but there is an unhappy face behind this. Who is having a lot of stress and spiritual misshaping? No one is perfect, not even the scholars. We all are conditional on the relief and powers of our Lord to assist us.

• How to attain spirituality?

The ways to achieve spirituality are diverse everywhere, some may find it in worshipping God, Allah or Bhagwan. For some people it would be related to the mediation in which you have no connection with this world. Or someone will try to fulfill this by offering prayers. But for me it's sophisticated. I found everything in this world. For me even

the people also signify another version of the creator as we are the part of the whole.

Rumi believes in this way.
Now coming forward to the truth, how do I expect and fulfill my spiritual needs? I only knew one fact that when you are detached from this world, either being hurt because of your expectations or your sensitive heart becomes a sufferer.

The final stage to attain relaxation is by telling the Lord about everything. For me, sobbing in front of Him is also spiritually because after this you are much relieved. Speaking about the things which dishearten you is not manageable but it becomes more livable when you know that the person whom you are communicating with will not make fun of yours. Either you will have peace and power after this.

• Mediation and self acknowledgment;

Coming toward meditation, it's the more precise way to attain soul relaxation. The moment when we get rid of all the pessimistic thoughts and make space for the positive thoughts. No explicitness of time or place you can fulfill this without even having energy hehe you have to stay alive for this ,I guess nap is also meditation lol .how do I attain this phase. More commonly when I am offering prayer. It's only the time when I am playing against the unfavorable thoughts but some light is calling me toward Him.

With a clear mind ultimately when I am willing to replenish my mind with all optimistic thoughts.

Imagine you are bending in front of Him and submitting that I am a human who is dependent on your powers and rulings. The impression when you know that you are not deserted. Don't know why I am getting emotional.

• Why we crave for spirituality ;

When the pain is bestowed by humans, others can relieve this but can't avoid the effort to touch this. Maybe they have any sort of intention besides this. That's why we want to skip this way of healing. So we take assistance of spirituality to satisfy this desire. In all the cases the ultimate peace and estimation is confidential in finding about the creator. As I say spirituality means everything for me. These are not subtle prayers; they imply more than cognitive stability and relaxation.** Meditation is obtained by recalling the Lord five times a day.**

Can you consider your smile in spirituality too. I guess yes if it's giving satisfaction to you, it's also the mental gratification. Also you are earning and distributing positive energy. I guess this strengthens the pillars we call relationship.

• Spirituality° a motif to live life;

Self awareness is secured in accurate way when you know about your creation, it's objective and ending. Recently I have been discussing with friend of mine and he raised the point that why we human are intellectual. Are we delivered for the only purpose of competition for survival. Making others and self happy, is this is all we call life. Is this is the final goal of our life? If we are striving in life what is the assurance that we will be there to accept the reward or if we have made our destiny along with our presence. I gave credit to belief .later I realized that if we are being brought here, we have not only to commit struggle for ourselves. We have to discover and acknowledge ourselves .Our belief that we are giving our best and it's the thing wanted for the betterment of this society. This is the only motif because of which we can complete our mission.

• My personal perspective;

Thinking spiritually that I have to convey value to the relationship ,myself and to this world is a desirable achievement. Giving rise to self esteem and understanding how much you are valuable for this world. I would also credit spirituality for another perspective. In some phases of life I had super ego hehe but when I commenced accomplishing spirituality. I comprehend that I am nonentity, no matter how powerful I am but in the court If Lord I am having no value. So why do I feel proud of temporary things? These talents, money or luxury are not going to stay permanent. So why not invest in goodness. Giving least preference to ego and saving my relationship. Its the biggest achievement which altered my thoughts and Personality.
