*Hello good evening my dear hivers and members of this great community. First and foremost, I'm very delighted for discovering this community and at the same time posting for the very first time.
Indeed, food is very important for the growth of the body and that means there is no life without food. So this makes this community very significant to us as hivers.
Today, I decided to prepare one of my favorite food and that is rice and cabbage stew.
I would like to take you through the various steps in coming up with this delacy.
Of course this is very simple and easy to prepare.
First of all you need to wash thoroughly your vegetables with salt water.

After which you start cutting it into smaller sizes mostly to the size that you want.
You then light your fire, pour your oil in a basin and then you start pouring everything bit by bit,
First onions, then your grind pepper and wait for about 5-10 minutes later before adding other vegetables.
You then add your tomatoes and then wait for sometime again.
You go ahead and add your other vegetables, firstly carrots, green pepper, cucumber, beans, and the cabbage.
The last thing to do is to add your fish and surely you are good to go.

Most at times some prefer to add eggs to it, but I don't because I don't like too much eggs.

This does not suppose to last for about an hour, Is vegetables and doesn't need to last long.

As usual you cook your rice and then food is ready to serve,.
