It was a cool morning and I was working from home so I took the opportunity to run a little further. I completed just over 7 km.

I felt quite relaxed throughout which was good.

The leaves are beginning to fall.

I had a relatively quiet day after that although had to go to the hospital at midday for a routine check up.

All good. My pulse was a bit slow but that's down to my running.
