March 21 2023 - Back in London office

Today I got my steps in from my usual walking as part of my commute into our office. I probably walk for 1 hour in total.

I also went out for a short walk for lunch and after work, I went out with a few work colleagues before coming home.

London City seemed absolutely packed with people. The tube station was so busy it took me ages to get out. You have to walk so slowly behind everyone. Just like sheep being ushered into a pen. Not my favourite part of the day. 😔

But it was nice catching up with my friends after work.😊
