Saludos, mis queridos amigos creativos de esta maravillosa comunidad. Hoy, vuelvo motivada y feliz a este rinconcito de #Hive que me encanta y que ya estaba extrañando mucho.

Mi última publicación de manualidades para la comunidad fue hace ya más de dos meses. En esa publicación les mostré la elaboración de un topper para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi madre. Después de esto, me dediqué a organizar todo lo que correspondía, antes de mi venida para Bogotá y el tiempo no me alcanzaba para sentarme a crear con mis manos detalles y manualidades, práctica esta que me relaja y que disfruto al máximo.

Ahora, después de un poco más de quince días en esta ciudad que me brinda cobijo, sentí que era el momento de procurarme mis momentos de relajación y diversión con la creación de trabajos manuales. Para esto, debía ir a revisar tiendas y mercerías para hacerme de un stock de productos y materiales para mis manualidades y, de este modo, tener a mi disposición lo necesario para crear y compartir con ustedes. Así pues, el momento de salir de compras había llegado.

En casa quedó mi espacio creativo con todos los materiales que tenía para hacer mis trabajos y que dejé a disposición de mis sobrinas, especialmente de Nicole, quien me acompañaba a hacer manualidades y a quien le veo un interés especial por crear e inventar cosas.

El día que me tocó limpiar mi espacio creativo y ordenar todo, ella estuvo conmigo. Así que conoce bien dónde guardo los materiales de bisutería, pinturas, pinceles, foamy, telas y todo lo que he acumulado durante muchos años de trabajos manuales. Ella está autorizada a tomar lo que necesite para hacer sus trabajos escolares o para alguien más de la familia.

Greetings, my dear creative friends of this wonderful community. Today, I return motivated and happy to this little corner of #Hive that I love and that I was already missing a lot.

My last post of crafts for the community was already more than two months ago. In that post I showed you the making of a topper to celebrate my mom's birthday. After that, I dedicated myself to organize everything before I came to Bogota and I didn't have enough time to sit down and create with my hands details and crafts, a practice that relaxes me and that I enjoy to the fullest.

Now, after a little more than fifteen days in this city that gives me shelter, I felt it was time to get my moments of relaxation and fun with the creation of manual works. To do this, I had to go to stores and haberdasheries to get a stock of products and materials for my crafts and, thus, have at my disposal what I needed to create and share with you. So, the time to go shopping had come.

My creative space](https://peakd.com/hive-110011/@aurodivys/un-lugar-especial-para-la-inspiracion-y-la-creacion-de-contenido-mi-espacio-creativo-spa-eng) was left at home with all the materials I had to make my crafts and that I left at the disposal of my nieces, especially Nicole, who accompanied me to make crafts and who I see has a special interest in creating and inventing things.

The day I had to clean out my creative space and put everything in order, she was with me. So she knows well where I keep my jewelry materials, paints, brushes, foamy, fabrics and everything I have accumulated over many years of handicrafts. She is allowed to take whatever she needs to do her school work or for someone else in the family.

Ahora, en mi destino actual, ya cuento con un lugar en el que puedo organizar mi espacio creativo y comprar lo que necesito para tener a mano y comenzar a crear. Eso sí, tengo que pensar bien antes de comprar, no me quiero llenar de tantas cosas como las que tenía en mi casa, primero por razones de espacio y luego por minimalismo, estilo de vida que comienzo a practicar, después de ver cuántas cosas tenía en mi casa que resultaron prescindibles al final.

Comparto con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi visita a una gran tienda aquí en Bogotá que se conoce como Dólar City en la que se puede encontrar de todo. Después de recorrer todos los pasillos con mercancía, me detuve un largo rato en el área destinada a las manualidades y les confieso que mi intención de no comprar muchas cosas casi se quiebra porque hay de todo, ¡de todo!, y son cosas bellas y delicadas para hacer manualidades preciosas.

Estaba emocionada con todo lo que veía, pero recordé lo que me he propuesto en este nuevo estilo de vida: menos es más, ¡jajaja! Así, solo compré algunas cosas para un proyecto especial que ya tengo en mente. Después, iré comprando otros materiales para tener en casa.

Now, in my current destination, I already have a place where I can organize my creative space and buy what I need to have on hand and start creating. Of course, I have to think well before buying, I do not want to fill myself with as many things as I had at home, first for reasons of space and then for minimalism, a lifestyle that I begin to practice, after seeing how many things I had in my house that turned out to be dispensable in the end.

I share with you some pictures of my visit to a great store here in Bogota known as Dollar City where you can find everything. After going through all the aisles with merchandise, I stopped for a long time in the area destined to crafts and I confess that my intention of not buying many things almost broke because there is everything, everything, and they are beautiful and delicate things to make precious crafts.

I was excited with everything I saw, but I remembered what I have proposed to myself in this new lifestyle: less is more, hahaha! So, I only bought a few things for a special project I already have in mind. After that, I will be buying other materials to have at home.

Entre las cosas que vi, hay muchos detalles en miniatura como mariposas, flores, botones de madera con diseños muy bonitos. También, materiales para crear manualidades con estilo country o vintage, muchas cintas de yute con encaje, cuerdas y mucho más. Hay una sección de pegatinas de diferentes figuras y de brillantes que desde ya me hicieron pensar en las manualidades decembrinas, y no sería prematura la idea de pensar en ellas y ponernos rápido a crear porque ya estamos a mitad de año y los meses van volando.

Among the things I saw, there are many miniature details such as butterflies, flowers, wooden buttons with very nice designs. Also, materials to create crafts with country or vintage style, lots of jute ribbons with lace, ropes and much more. There is a section of stickers of different figures and shiny stickers that already made me think about Christmas crafts, and it would not be premature to think about them and start creating quickly because we are already in the middle of the year and the months are flying by.

Realmente, el mundo de las manualidades es un mundo que me encanta y estar en un lugar como este me hizo sentir en el paraíso, me hizo sentir como niña pequeña en una tienda de juguetes. Después de deleitarme viendo en cada espacio y descubriendo tantas cosas útiles y bonitas, me enfoqué en comprar solo lo que iba a necesitar para el proyecto que tengo planificado.

Ya estoy deseosa de hacer mi proyecto y compartirlo con todos los amigos creativos de esta hermosa comunidad. Así que me pondré manos a la obra en los siguientes días y pronto se los compartiré por aquí, encantada, como siempre, de hacer vida en @hivediy.

Really, the world of crafts is a world that I love and being in a place like this made me feel in paradise, it made me feel like a little girl in a toy store. After delighting myself looking in each space and discovering so many useful and beautiful things, I focused on buying only what I was going to need for the project I have planned.

I am already looking forward to making my project and sharing it with all the creative friends in this beautiful community. So I will get to work in the next few days and soon I will share it with you here, delighted, as always, to make life in @hivediy.
