My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2019

I walked a lot today. I attended an assembly and I volunteered in cleaning department. I was one of those incharge to maintain the cleanliness of the venue, so I walked from time to time.

After the assembly we went home. I just took some rest and went out for a short walk at the boulevard.
