Fullbody Workout Focused on Glutes And Shoulder

hello hiver, how are you.
This time I want to share how to do a full body workout, but I hope you can give me good advice. I'm not saying that what I'm doing is right, wrong forms will definitely happen. so we should keep learning.
First, there is a simple movement using 2 dumbels
This is to allow the muscles in the shoulders and quad triceps to be trained at the same time.
The next exercise is to train the biceps with leg strength, use any dumbbells you can use, don't be too heavy because there will be a lot of repetitions to do this movement.
the third focuses on overall leg muscles and cardio, so a lot of energy is burned when doing it.
So the last one is the sumo squad by adding weight to the shoulders, keeping the pelvic muscles tight and the stomach locked. use the weight you can use. All movements are done in 4 sets with a minimum of 10 repetitions.
