Sleepy Baby

I wonder why there is this photo on my cellphone. There was a baby who was photographed very amateurishly.
Seen this baby has just woken up from sleep, with an unbuttoned shirt.
His face was very bad mood because he didn't get enough sleep, maybe because this afternoon the room was very noisy.
Kayra, a 10 month old baby weighing more than 10 kg. He was so fat, he couldn't even lift himself up on all fours! But that's okay, the important thing is healthy!
