I am truly grateful, 2023 will be a very good year for my husband and me. What we are very grateful for is that we were able to repair our relationship and marriage which was starting to decline. It turns out that love can go up and down, much like shares and the price of an investment. So, we decided to make our marriage work well by taking a long vacation just the two of us.

This time we invested in a backpacker holiday. It's really very challenging, maybe if there is a mistake, we will have a big fight and that will be a very big risk. But in reality, we can do better while on vacation and after returning from vacation.

Last year, we decided to go to Vietnam, even though it seemed like Indonesia and Vietnam were close, but from the city of Medan, we had to transit to another country and that took quite a long time. Because there are no direct planes from the city of Medan.

Making holiday plans is something I do long before the time arrives. I chose one of the city tours to a famous landmark in Ho Chi Minh City, which is about Café Apartment. This landmark seems really interesting. Where there is an apartment with 9 levels full of color, all the rooms are full of various cafes.

The distance between the café apartment and the Ho Chi Minh statue is very close, just walk straight and you will find the café apartment from a distance. Unfortunately, I came during the day. So there are no lights shining on it, because many people say from reviews on Google, this place is very beautiful at night because of the various colored lights. Do you think that's true?

Not only did I take a photo in front of the apartment café, I tried to go in and look for an Indian restaurant called 'The Indian House' which was in one of the apartment rooms. However, when we entered the restaurant and looked at the menu, it turned out that the price was quite expensive for us and we ended up looking for another cafe.

After that we walked again to the 3rd floor and climbed the stairs. Because the lift is paid for those who want to ride it, but I don't think I don't have the money to pay for the lift, but I'm afraid the lift will fail because I underestimate this old apartment building and most likely the lift won't be maintained properly.

I circled the stairs in the café apartment up to the 5th floor, even though I was quite tired, I was curious about why this had become one of the city's landmarks. This place is often used as a hangout location for popular young people in Ho Chi Min City and there are many famous cafes. After you see the front of the café apartment, you can see the back of a different apartment.

Even though my legs are very tired from walking today, the hot sun is enough to make my scalp burn, but my stomach is really very hungry and I need enough food to increase my energy this afternoon. We ended up having lunch at one of the 21 Vegetarian Vietnamese Coffee restaurants.

This café is quite aesthetic, like the cafés I see in various Korean dramas, its like a dream comes true. I call it like little Korean. From the front of this cafe I can see the city of Saigon from a height. It turns out that the café apartment has a beautiful angle to see Ho Chi Minh City well. So I don't think it's wrong to come to Café Apartment.

Actually, there is one place you can go if you want to see Ho Chi Minh City from a height. But unfortunately the ticket price offered is so expensive, it doesn't suit my current pocket. But I pray I can get there someday!
