Hello everyone!
This time I was in Osaka, Japan. Lol, that's just a joke. I took a picture at a Japanese food restaurant, namely Ramen and Sushi. It is very difficult to find halal ramen and sushi in Indonesia, because indeed sushi and ramen are definitely not far from using mirin. I took a photo at a place in the corner of the restaurant that was deliberately made by the restaurant for a photo spot. Apart from that, the ramen and sushi at this restaurant are really delicious. Of course, even without the mirin, the taste is still as authentic as sushi and ramen in general.

no intension of being aggressive, but this I do not understand. There's no way that any alcohol leftovers in the food after cooking ramen. Alcohol evaporates at 172°F (78°C). It's even more certain than reusing a glass that had alcohol and only washed with cold water.

I think so, but I don't really know for sure, so it's better to avoid it, because it's about religious rules so I'm too weak to argue about this. But, is mirin in sushi making cooked first?

Thanks for the information :)
