After almost a long time I didn't share my activities or work in the electronics field, tonight I'm back with bringing or sharing stories about my work in the electronics field.

Because I am currently busy taking care of my other work such as cattle farming and oil palm plantations.

Today I have a cake dough mixer, before I discuss the damage, I first explain about the use of the mixer and how the mixer works.

In the process of making cakes, the mixer is definitely a tool that is needed to mix the dough evenly, the mixer rotates the same as a hand boss machine, rotating with two gears whose directions are opposite to each other between the two gears, but very often the mixer is damaged, especially caused by the entry of water so that it scorches some of the components that are inside anyway.

Sometimes the owner also wants to make or mix cake batter in very large quantities, so a mixer like this which is only able to work for approximately 1 hour is not able to work, but the dynamo is forced to continue working so that it causes and risks the dynamo to burn and the two gear players stirrer until smooth.

When your mixer experiences a breakdown like, the mixer turns on but can't spin, it's usually caused by the teeth in it running out or thirst, because the dynamo is forced to work when the gear is hot again, because the load is too excessive and time excessive use.

How to fix it is very easy and cheap, we only need to replace the two gears in it,

The mixer I repaired today may have suffered complete, with some fatal damage.
The first damage is definitely in both worn out or thirsty gear.
The second damage to the arm of the dynamo was broken due to the scorch of the dynamo so that the arm of the dynamo made of mixed iron was broken.

The dynamo also suffered a little damage where the dynamo had started to burn due to being forced to work when the mixer was unable to rotate the two mixers.
