En la medicina tradicional china, se trabaja a traves del concepto Yin-Yang. Donde se toman los organos como lo Yin y las visceras como lo Yang. En el caso del Reino mutante agua, el organo que cumple la funcion son los riñones y su viscera es la vejiga.
