Lost In Forest! // (An Experience With Sudden Wildlife)

Hello, Authors & Readers of the community, warm greetings to all of you.Today,I would be sharing one of my story that I wrote couple of hours ago.I was looking to write something casual and so as the write was. Dont know how good was the story, but hope so you would like this.Any tips, suggestions and counsel would be praised.Thanks.

Ring bell, cring cring cring... Headmistress opened up the phone call from her desk and was expecting something positive, her hands were shivering and nervousness all around her gazing.
She said if the deapartment of harbour detection have found anything throughout the day. It was an answer she never expected in her life and out of the long career of two decades, being the head of her institution.

It was a summer morning and students preparing for going to the school. In midst of long days in the classroom and cutting in the classes, everyone was bit tired of the long lesson plans and rugged curriculum.Like every year the boarding school prepared a plan to go out somewhere near the sea shore for a camping trip and as soon as the headmistress lifted the proposal, all the students came out in cheers to celebrate that.

Summer time was boring for the little kids to sit and have some study get going,instead in that age, they are more like apathetic to studies and like to play in the field, both the boys and girls.Wandering here and there, going out to travel and enjoying the weather was something all the kids liked most and for that reason, the teachers felt the need of taking the students to somewhere where they would get some chance to blow off steam and come out with a refreshing mind to join again and have the concentration refilled.

Headmistress with her ready experience, understood the need of doing the same thing she did before.She had a quite enormous ability to read the hidden psychology of the student for which quite several time she was awarded as the best educational head all over the province of the country.Thus for the reason, she basically lifted the charisma and planned for a trip for the welfare of the students --- and thus the plot created of excursive events.

Now, she was thinking how to organise the trip more smoothly, because she cared for the little kids's safety more than anything in her Institution.She thought a lot for the monitoring those kids when they would go outside of the campus territory and she knew that, campus is the best environment for the students, where security is picture perfect.

Now as the day of going out in the excursion, she called all the guardians to be there in the Auditorium, where she took so many plans to show them saying that, their kids would be safe and sound.Saying this, she told the guardians that let be your children in my care and hope for the best so that we would arrange the excursion faultlessly.

Time flew on and all the children took the reservation early on and when everything was okay,headmistress instructed the driver to move and she along with the co-teachers followed the vehicles and they were moving on, passing the riverside, big mountain,grassy long land, a nice corn field and the wind started to blow and kevin was feeling the breeze tickling his skin and it was a nice feeling.

Kevin was sitting in the middle row and beside a window, where he got to see the outer view quickly. He never thought that his country where he lives, lying in the Oriental region, with monsoon and tropical weather can be such eye catching and stunning in beauty, he was all amazed from the inception of the journey.

Kevin was surrounded with his classmates and he was doing pranks and fun with them all through the bus ride.These kids with their laughter and beautiful minds and innocence, the whole environment was so captivating that you would like to have their company and would want to have some time to spend with them.The whole journey continued to a long way and they had their time in full enjoyment.

Everything was okay and fine, until the bus had stopped in a field and some of the students went down to pee. Kevin and his close friends were going in the region of a long grassy field and as it was the time of fall spring, they were so hypnotized with the beauty that, they forgot everything and was enchanted by the attraction of the beauty of the place.They were just kids and didnt have the mind to know that, even walking a few yards here and there might cause a terrific harm to them, since the whole land was deserted and they were alone and despondent.

The place was might spooky and like every other things in the wild, only those objects that look good from the outside, the same tragic and dangerous these things from inside.Time flew on and when those kids were trying to catch a butterfly, they didnt have any clue or sense that they were going quite a long way from where the bus was standing. That was such a horrific scene that pretty quickly your adrenaline rush would rise up.

Kevin got his sense back, when he felt that his feet got wet and he was standing in the front side of the waterfall.When he realized that quite a few miles he walked and then it was too late to be lost and when you are in jungle, everything you look from north to south,towards east to west, all things would look the same, just like being in a mirror and nobody to help you out, that feeling is so scary and for kids like the age of oranges ;-- it is pretty understandable what they were feeling back then.

On the other side, other students were looking at the empty seats and certainly they found that, kevin and his mates were missing, they started shouting and readily told the driver to stop the bus. Driver stopped instantly and called the headmistress about the issue and she was so astounded by this that she was about to faint.Pretty quickly she called the police Superintendent to conduct the searching and if they could rescue them.

Officer came fast and asked few questions to the kids and the driver also,and chided him for not being vigilant and watchful to the students and scolded him for not taking care properly, but already the damage been done.That incident was not just the matter of the heritaged institution,but these students whom she brought there in the excursion were his responsibility to carry forward.

Police department identified the zones and marked the spot, detectives flew to that region and started to exercise their skill of finding the lost childs.They told the headmistress to go and support the family and start doing other functions back in her office.It wasnt a great delay and detectives were smart enough to identity the cues and clues, such as : the footsteps, the zigzag impressions and the use of shadow detectors.

Since the detective got to know that from other classmates, that kevin was bearing a camera, basically an electronic device, then they switched the technology on and kept continuing the search and when they found the exact location they drove to the direction.

On the other hand, Kevin being lost in the forest, never fell from confidence and being gifted with a strong nerve, he told his friend that everything is okay and that they would be rescued sooner or later.
Kevin was thinking, how to tackle the wild animal. Then he started reminding the survival technique which he learnt from the school,that looking at the position and behaviour of birds and monkeys.

Because only monkeys cry in times of danger and when danger is coming, birds start to fly anticipating the danger. Kevin knew that and the knowledge saved him and his friend from being caught by the ferocious buffalo bison and an aligator.Kevin should be lauded for the bravery and knowledge.

After a few hours, detectives reached there and had an option in his mobile to make a call out of emergency and the service provider told that to the rescue team and that saved both time and the chance of being securely rescued without any harm.Things went on that way and eventually they were rescued andbrought back to the school campus,the whole excursion plan had to be stopped, anyway..

But, all the credit the detective team gave to Kevin for his ready wit and survival presence. None of this would have happened if he failed to make a timely emergency call and thus making the process easy in the end.Headmistress understood the necessity of close surveillance and the necessity to be constantly with the students while going out with them.

The headmistress had a demerit point in her achievement point, but that was such a futile and trifling thing compared to the save of those children quite comfortably and not being in the harm.She was relieved and greatly spared from a big big trouble..
