Mi rutina para el cuidado de la piel y el rostro | My skin and face care routine [ESP-ENG]

Feliiz día, espero estés muy bien!! El día de hoy voy a unirme a la iniciativa de @manu-gp, voy a estar compartiéndoles un poco de como cuido mi piel y mi rostro en general, me gustó mucho esta idea, sirve para platicar entre chicas (y hasta con chicos, por que no jajjaa) e intercambiar conocimientos y tips, así que bueno, allí les va.

Today I'm going to join @manu-gp's initiative, I'm going to be sharing with you a little bit about how I take care of my skin and my face in general, I really liked this idea, it's a great way to chat between girls (and even with guys, why not hahaha) and exchange knowledge and tips, so well, here you go.

Hace unos años comencé a ser un poco más cuidadosa con mi rostro, ya que tuve una alergia bastante fuerte y me mandaron tratamientos, entre ellos una crema hidratante y utilizar diario protector solar. Una vez curada mi piel igual seguí con el hábito de hidratar y usar protector, pero después de un tiempo y con la pandemia descuidé esa parte un poco, rara vez me hacía alguna mascarilla, pero desde hace unas semanas me propuse a cuidar de nuevo mi piel un poco más. Estos son todos los productos que utilizo por ahora para el rostro y el cuerpo.

A few years ago I started to be a little more careful with my face, since I had a pretty strong allergy and I was prescribed treatments, among them a moisturizing cream and daily use of sunscreen. Once my skin was cured I continued with the habit of moisturizing and using sunscreen, but after a while and with the pandemic I neglected that part a little, I rarely used a mask, but since a few weeks ago I decided to take care of my skin a little more. These are all the products I use for now for my face and body.

Últimamente me estoy hidratando más la piel del cuerpo y mi empujoncito fue que llevo ya un tiempo en natación, nado dos veces a la semana y aunque a la hora en que nado no nos pega el sol directo, igual no quisiera que mi piel se fuese resecando por el cloro, el sol, o correr el riesgo de que me broncee y me ponga negra ya al punto de no ser bonito el bronceado y el aspecto de la piel en general. Entonces todas las noches me aplico la crema que ven en la foto en toodoo mi cuerpo, me gusta bastante, la utilizo desde hace full hidrata súper bien, no tiene mucho olor pero igual deja uno suave agradable y es más que suficiente para echarse perfume después si te la aplicas en las mañanas y no se mezclen los olores. Por ahora estoy casada con ella, cuando pruebe alguna otra sacaré conclusiones jajaja.

Lately I have been moisturizing my body skin more and my little push was that I have been swimming for a while now, I swim twice a week and although at the time I swim the direct sun doesn't hit us, I still don't want my skin to dry out because of the chlorine, the sun, or run the risk of getting a tan and turning black to the point of not having a nice tan and the appearance of the skin in general. So every night I apply the cream that you see in the photo on my body, I like it very much, I've been using it for a full time, it moisturizes super well, it doesn't have much smell but still leaves a nice soft one and it's more than enough to wear perfume afterwards if you apply it in the mornings and the smells don't mix. For now I'm married to it, when I try another one I'll draw conclusions hahaha.

Además, una vez a la semana me exfolio toodo el cuerpo con esa crema de Valmy que también la utilizo desde hace tiempo y me gusta... y aparte de estas dos cosas, lo más importante, TOMAR AGUA, jajaj, yo no tengo problema con eso, me hidrato bastante bien y bueno eso es lo que me ha ayudado a mantener mi piel bonita y luminosa.

Also, once a week I exfoliate my whole body with that Valmy cream that I've been using for a long time and I like it... and apart from these two things, the most important thing, DRINK WATER, hahahah, I have no problem with that, I moisturize quite well and well that's what has helped me to keep my skin beautiful and luminous.

Para el rostro, cuando estaba en el tratamiento que les dije, la crema que me mandaron para hidratar se llama Beducen, a mi me encanta esa crema, pero cuando se me terminó no la compré más y esta vez le quise dar oportunidad a otra crema y me compré esa de farmatodo. La linea de los productos de ellos tienen buena reputación, son ecónomicos así que dije, por que no, llevo ya unos días usándola solo en las noches y la verdad no me encanta, si hidrata, pero tarda en absorberse (al menos en mi piel) para el día no la recomiendo, pero bueno, mientras la seguiré usando en las noches nada más hasta que la termine o compre otra. La Beducen de verdad si me encanta, la consistencia, la utilizaba de día y de noche, refresca, hidrata esa si la recomiendo con los ojos cerrados jaja, espero tenerla de nuevo pronto.

For the face, when I was in the treatment I told you, the cream they sent me to moisturize is called Beducen, I love that cream, but when I ran out I didn't buy it anymore and this time I wanted to give another cream a chance and I bought that one from farmatodo. Their line of products have a good reputation, they are economical so I said, why not, I have been using it for a few days now only at night and I really don't love it, it does moisturize, but it takes a long time to be absorbed (at least in my skin) for the day I don't recommend it, but well, I will keep using it at night until I finish it or buy another one. I really love the Beducen, the consistency, I used it day and night, it refreshes, moisturizes, I recommend it with my eyes closed haha, I hope to have it again soon.

El protector solar que utilizo me gusta bastante, es más para zonas como el rostro y hombros, tiene vitamina E, es bastante chévere, no tan costoso así que es el que seguiré utilizando por un buen tiempo hasta que consiga otra opción (si tienen alguna recomendación me la pueden dejar en los comentarios jeje)

En cuanto al jabón, me encanta, me lo regaló una tía es de una tienda que vende productos naturales (no se exactamente como se llama, se las debo) siento que limpia bien, deja mi piel muy suave y luminosa gracias a la sábila, no he probado otro tipo de jabón para el rostro, aparte que yo soy un poco quisquillosa con eso, no me gusta aplicar tantas cosas con químicos en mi cuerpo y en la cara menos, cuido mucho eso, así que ese al ser más natural para mi es fabuloso...

I like the sunscreen I use, it's more for areas like the face and shoulders, it has vitamin E, it's pretty cool, not so expensive so it's the one I'll keep using for a long time until I get another option (if you have any recommendation you can leave it in the comments hehe).

As for the soap, I love it, an aunt gave it to me from a store that sells natural products (I don't know exactly what it's called, I owe them) I feel it cleans well, it leaves my skin very soft and luminous thanks to the aloe vera, I haven't tried another type of soap for my face, besides I'm a little picky about it, I don't like to apply so many things with chemicals on my body and even less on my face, I take care of that a lot, so this one being more natural for me is fabulous?

Y ayer me apliqué esta mascarilla que compré en farmatodo (todos los productos, menos el jabón y la beducen lo consiguen allí) repito que soy muy cuidadosa con las cosas que aplico en mi rostro, pero quise darle la oportunidad a esas mascarillas y la verdad mi piel la aceptó bastante bien, e hidrató bastante, al quitarme la mascarilla (me quedaba grande lo sé JAJAJA) sentí la piel fresca y ya cuando terminé de retirar el producto me quedó bastante luminosa y lisa la piel, la verdad la volvería a utilizar o probaría con otra que tenga ingredientes y una función diferente. La que me coloqué, tiene sábila, vitamina E, C; acido hialurónico en sus ingredientes.

And yesterday I applied this mask that I bought in farmatodo (all the products, except the soap and the beducen can be found there) I repeat that I am very careful with the things I apply on my face, but I wanted to give a chance to these masks and the truth is that my skin accepted it quite well, When I removed the mask (it was too big for me I know HAHAHAHA) my skin felt fresh and when I finished removing the product my skin was quite luminous and smooth, the truth is that I would use it again or try another one that has different ingredients and a different function. The one I used has aloe vera, vitamin E, C and hyaluronic acid in its ingredients.

Por cierto, quedé con la duda, ya que el empaque de verdad trae mucho producto, siento que quedó como para otra aplicada en el empaque, boté todo igual, pero quisiera saber si de casualidad eso se reutiliza o algo así, porque es como un desperdicio no se jaja. Si alguien ha utilizado esas mascarillas, que hacen, lo botan o lo dejan para otro día?

Soy más de mascarillas naturales, mi clásica es la de café con miel, esa deja un acabado bastante bonito en la piel, la recomiendo mucho, a mi cuando me provoca y me acuerdo me la hago (una vez a la cuaresma jajaja), otra es aplicarse sábila directa en la cara, eso también hidrata mucho y es espectacular jaja.

By the way, I was left with the doubt, since the packaging really brings a lot of product, I feel like it was left for another application in the packaging, I threw it all away anyway, but I would like to know if by any chance it is reused or something like that, because it is like a waste I don't know haha. If someone has used these masks, what do you do, throw it away or leave it for another day?

I'm more into natural masks, my classic one is coffee with honey, that leaves a pretty nice finish on the skin, I recommend it a lot, when it provokes me and I remember I do it (once a lent hahaha), another one is to apply aloe vera directly on the face, that also moisturizes a lot and is spectacular haha.

Y bueno, esas han dio mis reseñas, y lo que hago para cuidar mi piel, espero que les haya entretenido, para mi lo más importante para tener una piel bonita y jugosa es tomar suficiente agua, tener una dieta balanceada, respetar las horas de sueño y descansar de verdad, eso también es clave para que la pies amanezca bonita y se mantenga así. Vuelvo y repito soy más de cosas naturales, para mi los productos, las cremas son como un plus, una manera de darse un cariño y ayudar, pero el aspecto de tu piel en si depende de como cuides de ti en general, sobre todo tu organismo...
