Así es mi relación con Hive | This is my relationship with Hive [ESP-ENG]

Holaa gente bonitaa!! Que tal su semana? Hoy gracias a la invitación de mi querida @dimeshana me uno a la iniciativa de @elcomentador que consiste en responder 10 pregunticas referente a nuestra relación con Hive. Ya dentro de poco voy a cumplir mi primer año en la plataforma así que esta idea me gusta mucho para contar un poco de como ha sido mi experiencia jeje. Comencemos!

Hello beautiful people! How was your week? Today thanks to the invitation of my dear @dimeshana I'm joining @elcomentador's initiative that consists of answering 10 questions about our relationship with Hive. Soon I will be celebrating my first year on the platform so I really like this idea to tell a little of how my experience has been hehe. Let's get started!

Realmente no pienso en eso de "tomar vacaciones" porque hasta yo estando de vacaciones, ya sea de viaje, por ejemplo, puedo desarrollar ideas o hacer un vídeo o post al respecto, porque es algo que me gusta realmente. Pero aún así, comenzando el año puedo decir que tuve vacaciones, porque estaba en un pueblo donde no tenía buena señal, llegué a subir como dos o tres publicaciones en el mes nada más, y una vez estando en mi ciudad estuve con bloqueos creativos, por lo que estuve un poco inactiva, esas serían como las razones para darme "vacaciones de Hive" jajaj.

I don't really think about "taking vacations" because even when I'm on vacation, whether I'm traveling, for example, I can develop ideas or make a video or post about it, because it's something I really like. But even so, at the beginning of the year I can say that I had a vacation, because I was in a town where I didn't have a good signal, I got to upload like two or three posts in a month, and once I was in my city I had creative blocks, so I was a little inactive, those would be like the reasons to give me "Hive vacation" hahahah.

Esto depende de que vaya a publicar, como mínimo dos horas si solo voy a escribir y publicar un post. Pero si hago contenido en vídeo, dependiendo de la duración puedo tardar hasta 4 o más no se (la verdad nunca me ha dado por medir el tiempo exacto, de hecho sería interesante hacerlo) mientras ordeno los clips, edito, busco música de fondo, hago el post y publico el video.

This depends on what I'm going to publish, at least two hours if I'm just going to write and publish a post. But if I make video content, depending on the duration I can take up to 4 or more I do not know (the truth has never given me to measure the exact time, in fact it would be interesting to do so) while I order the clips, edit, look for background music, make the post and publish the video.

Mi espacio de trabajo es mi cuarto, sentada en mi sillita, con mi mesa que agradezco tener, todo lo comienzo a desarrollar aquí, pienso más o menos en lo que voy a hacer para videos, y pues en resumidas cuentas creo contenido en mi cuarto jaja. Que espero en algún momento pueda mejorarlo, con una mejor silla o escritorio que brinde más comodidad. Pero mientras estoy bien así.

My workspace is my room, sitting in my chair, with my table that I'm grateful to have, I start to develop everything here, I think more or less about what I'm going to do for videos, and in short I create content in my room haha. I hope at some point I can improve it, with a better chair or desk that provides more comfort. But in the meantime I'm fine like this.

Pues en mi mente nunca ha estado esa idea de irme de la plataforma, pero como por ahí dicen que uno nunca debe decir "nunca" pues no se sabe, y si llegase a pasar lo comunico, pero realmente no veo eso como opción, porque me gusta crear contenido para la plataforma, lo disfruto.

Well, the idea of leaving the platform has never been in my mind, but as they say that one should never say "never", you never know, and if it happens I will let you know, but I really don't see that as an option, because I like to create content for the platform, I enjoy it.

Pues realmente no jajja, puesto que en mi casa nadie sabe como utilizar mi plataforma, las únicas personas de confianza que tengo que saben utilizar Hive a la perfección son Shana y Guille, así que en dado caso serían ellos los que puedan ingresar a mi compu (que no tiene clave) o a mi correo y buscar las claves por cualquier cosa jajaj. O me tocaría enseñar a mis papás a como manejar los fondos a la hora de cualquier cosa

Well not really hahaha, since in my house nobody knows how to use my platform, the only people I trust who know how to use Hive perfectly are Shana and Guille, so in any case they would be the ones who can enter my computer (which has no password) or my mail and look for the keys for anything hahahaha.

Pues en casi un año que llevo aquí, gracias al cielo no he tenido ninguna muy mala experiencia con nada ni con nadie. Solo una vez pasé por un proceso tedioso con una comunidad con mi cuenta @ashley.vlogs fue falla mía también no haber leído las normas antes de, y para resolver el inconveniente fue un tema para subir un video que me pedían y tampoco el administrador de la cuenta lo sentí tan amable al respecto, pero la verdad normal, ya pasó, se pudo solucionar y en sí con la Blockchain no he tenido ningún problema, estoy satisfecha jajaj.

Well in almost a year that I've been here, thank goodness I haven't had any really bad experiences with anything or anyone. Only once I went through a tedious process with a community with my account @ashley.vlogs was my fault too not having read the rules before, and to solve the inconvenience was an issue to upload a video that I was asked and neither the administrator of the account I felt so kind about it, but the normal truth, it passed, it could be solved and yes with the Blockchain I have not had any problems, I am satisfied hahahah.

Bueno sinceramente no se si llegue a los 10, porque son muy pocas las cuentas que sigo de verdad verdad y que considere imprescindibles. Más que todo sigo persona que me entretienen y me inspiran de cierta forma, pero aquí van: @ilazramusic de él he aprendido absolutamente todo lo referente a Hive y a muchas comunidades; @maryed siempre me inspira con sus post, y el como se expresa cuando habla de temas profundos o interesante y en general jaja; @ashley.vlogs jajaj, no es por ser yo misma, pero la verdad comparto contenido e información sobre sitios chéveres en Caracas o en cualquier parte del país, ofrezco contenido para entretener y conocer bastante jeje. Y también debo mencionar a mi querida escuela @yoysalseros porque ofrece tutoriales de baile, coreografías y la edición de los videos es muyy buena.

Y mis comunidades favoritas de la vida son Espavlog, Catarsis Bee On The Stage, Pinmapple y Foodies Bee Hive. Son las que más utilizo y me encanta que en cada una te puedes expresar con libertad dependiendo el nicho y hya interacción, puedes aprender verdaderamente y demás.

Well, I honestly don't know if I'll make it to 10, because there are very few accounts that I really follow and that I consider essential. Mostly I follow people that entertain me and inspire me in a certain way, but here they go: @ilazramusic from him I have learned absolutely everything about Hive and many communities; @maryed always inspires me with his posts, and how he expresses himself when he talks about deep or interesting topics and in general haha; @ashley.vlogs hahahah, not to be myself, but the truth I share content and information about cool sites in Caracas or anywhere in the country, I offer content to entertain and know quite a lot hehe. And I should also mention my beloved school @yoysalseros because it offers dance tutorials, choreographies and the editing of the videos is very good.

Other accounts that I can mention that I follow and share cool content are: @dimeshana, @cami.rojas @naodiaz @lucianav @edwarlyn11.

And my favorite communities in life are Espavlog, Catarsis Bee On The Stage, Pinmapple and Foodies Bee Hive. They are the ones I use the most and I love that in each one you can express yourself freely depending on the niche and there is interaction, you can truly learn and so on.

Primero que nada, informarse muy bien sobre todo, comunidades, las normas de cada una, como formatear bien las publicaciones, aprender a editar muy bien, organizarse, para que pueda ver verdadero progreso con su cuenta, ya sea para el/ella mismo mejorando con las publicaciones cada día, como también con interacción y buen recibimiento del contenido acá en la comunidad...

Además de eso, constancia y paciencia. Tener la iniciativa de interactuar a través de comentarios con otros usuarios para darte a conocer. Evitar hacerse expectativas con las recompensas, ya que no siempre se recibe lo mismo y no necesariamente significa que lo haces está mal, al contrario que sirva de motivación y todo para seguir. Y lo que considero más importante, crear contenido que te haga feliz y disfrutes el proceso, porque eso se verá reflejado, ser tu mismo.

First of all, inform yourself very well about everything, communities, the rules of each one, how to format well the publications, learn to edit very well, get organized, so you can see real progress with your account, either for him/herself improving with the publications every day, as well as with interaction and good reception of the content here in the community...

Besides that, constancy and patience. Have the initiative to interact through comments with other users to make yourself known. Avoid making expectations with the rewards, since you don't always receive the same and it doesn't necessarily mean that what you do is wrong, on the contrary, it serves as motivation and everything to continue. And what I consider most important, create content that makes you happy and enjoy the process, because that will be reflected, be yourself.

Lo que más me gusta es que puedes trabajar y ver ingresos haciendo lo que te gusta y sencillamente esa razón hace que no veas el trabajo como un trabajo porque te sientes bien y disfrutas lo que haces. Me gusta también que puedes conseguir a personas muy amables, puedes interactuar, es lindo que puedas expresarte, ser tu y que la gente lo reciba de buena manera y te deje un buen comentario, o algún consejo, son detalles muy bonitos, aquí se siente mucho el trabajo en equipo y eso me encanta jaja.

Y no hay algo que en si no me guste, solo a veces me parece chimbo que hayan publicaciones y personas que se esfuerzan muchísimo y crean de verdad un contenido y post impecables y no sean muy bien recompensados o no reciban el apoyo que realmente merecen, y no lo digo por mi, ojo, es de forma general. Como también hay casos de personas que reciben mucho apoyo,, obtienen buenas recompensan, y sus publicaciones son un poco más sencillas o son personas que ni siquiera responden comentarios e interactúan con su público.

What I like the most is that you can work and see income doing what you like and simply that reason makes you not see work as a job because you feel good and enjoy what you do. I also like that you can get very nice people, you can interact, it is nice that you can express yourself, be you and that people receive it in a good way and leave you a good comment, or some advice, are very nice details, here you feel a lot of teamwork and I love that haha.

And there is nothing that I don't like, I just sometimes find it annoying that there are publications and people who make a lot of effort and really create impeccable content and posts and are not very well rewarded or do not receive the support they really deserve, and I'm not saying it for me, mind you, it is in general. As there are also cases of people who receive a lot of support, get good rewards, and their publications are a little simpler or are people who do not even answer comments and interact with their audience.

Pues a cualquier persona mencionada que aún no haya participado, y si tu que me leíste y no estás mencionado en mi post, te invito a que participes y me dejes tu publicación en los comentarios para conocerte jeje.
