Me encanta celebrar la vida, me encanta reflexionar y agradecer sobre las cosas que he vivido hasta ahora y recompensarme por todo el esfuerzo y dedicación a mi trabajo, mis estudios y todo lo que he logrado construir internamente (disciplina, amor propio, autoconfianza, etc). Y mi semana (del 08 al 14/04) estuvo repleta de momentos de orgullo, felicidad y celebración tanto personal como profesionalmente.
I love to celebrate life, I love to reflect and be grateful for the things I have experienced so far and to reward myself for all the effort and dedication to my work, my studies and everything I have managed to build internally (discipline, self-esteem, self-confidence, etc). And my week (from 08 to 14/04) was full of moments of pride, happiness and celebration both personally and professionally.
Más allá de la rutina, que marchó en orden dentro de todo, tres grupos de la academia pasaron de nivel esta semana, el proceso de evaluación durante las clases fue bastante bonito, verlos a todos desenvolverse tan bien bailando y disfrutando de las canciones con todo y que hubo nervios presentes fue demasiado significativo, porque demuestra el buen trabajo que hemos realizado los instructores enseñando he impartiendo una energía bonita, que paso a paso los hizo acercarse y enamorarse un poquito más del baile; ellos están súper felices con su avance y en este caso yo como instructora también, me inspiran a seguir aprendiendo y dando lo mejor en cada clase.
Por otro lado, el día viernes celebré mi vida, le di una vuelta más al Sol, y desde que comenzó el mes he estado demasiado ansiosa por eso😅. Los primeros días de la semana terminé de organizar cositas de la celebración y me regalé una ida a la peluquería para arreglarme las uñas, porque quería en serio tener un día muy bonito y especial, y lo tuve😍! A partir de mañana les estaré compartiendo entre mis dos cuentas posts de ese día tan hermoso para mi y los míos; merecemos siempre regalarnos momentos que generen paz y felicidad, desde hace un mes estuve organizando ese día tan mágico que superó mis expectativas y me permitió conectar con mi elemento, mi ser y lo que me hace bien, estando plenamente en el presente con mis invitados y nuestra madre tierra.
Beyond the routine, which went in order within everything, three groups of the academy passed the level this week, the evaluation process during the classes was quite nice, to see them all performing so well dancing and enjoying the songs even though there were nerves present was very significant, because it shows the good work we have done as instructors teaching and imparting a nice energy, which step by step made them approach and fall in love a little more with the dance; They are very happy with their progress and in this case me as an instructor too, they inspire me to continue learning and giving the best in each class.
On the other hand, on Friday I celebrated my life, I gave one more turn to the sun, and since the month started I have been very anxious about it😅. The first days of the week I finished organising little things for the celebration and I treated myself to a trip to the hairdresser to get my nails done, because I really wanted to have a very nice and special day, and I had it😍! From tomorrow I will be sharing posts from my two accounts of that beautiful day for me and mine; we always deserve to give ourselves moments that generate peace and happiness, for a month I have been organizing that magical day that exceeded my expectations and allowed me to connect with my element, my being, what makes me well, being fully in the present with my guests and our mother earth.
El día sábado me cantaron cumpleaños nuevamente en la Academia junto a los alumnos con una torta que estuvo riquísima, y nada, un momento más que me hizo sentir afortunada, querida y muy agradecida por la gente bonita que está a mi alrededor... cuéntame en los comentarios qué tal estuvo tu semana para interactuar un poquito; recuerda siempre velar por ti, consentirte y celebrar tus logros, siempre se merece.
