We’re already in the home stretch of the year, and for some reason, I have a lot of faith and confidence that great things are going to happen in these final months. A few weeks ago, I was feeling a little down on myself because I thought another year was going to end without me achieving important goals—goals I’ve had since last year that will bring me peace of mind. However, some very positive things have been happening within my team that have boosted my energy, and I’ve heard that phrase—which has been helping me a lot right now—in several mentoring sessions this week: “Your past doesn’t define you,” and that there’s still a chance to catch up on those goals! I’ve decided to believe it, and I’m going to make things happen—I just need focus and a little more organization so that the results I want will materialize🙌🏼⚡️.
If you’re going through a similar situation, here’s what I recommend—things I’m doing myself: First, find daily reasons why you will achieve your goal and write them down; state your goal every day in the present tense and with gratitude, and celebrate every step forward, every achievement, every task completed; because that boosts your self-confidence and self-esteem, and you’ll always approach your work from that sense of accomplishment—feeling confident that you’re fully capable and getting closer and closer to your goal.
Like everything else, it takes discipline, but in my case, with this post, I’m committing to staying consistent with this and with my 90-day plan, so that in a few weeks I can share a post celebrating my achievements🥹📈... Thank you for reading this far—I’m sending you a big hug, and I hope these last few months of the year are very fulfilling for you.
