Feliz y bendecido viernes gente bonita!! El día se ayer el papá de mi hermana nos llevó a desayunar empanadas a un puesto cerca de nuestra casa al que solemos ir cuando queremos desayunar esto, así que gracias a que ya venia queriendo comer empanadas desde hace un tiempo aproveché de tomar fotos y recomendarles este lugar, porque la verdad es que a mi me gusta mucho jeje.

Yesterday my sister's dad took us to have empanadas for breakfast at a place near our house where we usually go when we want to have this for breakfast, so thanks to the fact that I've been wanting to eat empanadas for a while I took the opportunity to take pictures and recommend this place, because the truth is that I really like it hehe.

Este un desayuno bastante típico aquí en Venezuela, es una comida frita hecha a base de harina de maíz y puede estar rellena de pollo, carne, queso, pescado, pabellón, entre otros. La variedad de rellenos que se le pueden colocar a una empanada es amplia jaja, solo basta tener creatividad, porque con casi todo queda bien jajaja.

Este puestico al que vamos, queda en los Símbolos, en Caracas, bastante cerca del metro, es una calle en la que hay varios puestos de empanadas, todos a un mismo precio prácticamente con que una que otra variación, lo que hace que la gente pueda elegir según la cantidad de gente que haya en alguno y por supuesto según la calidad de la empanada...

This is a very typical breakfast here in Venezuela, it is a fried food made with corn flour and can be filled with chicken, meat, cheese, fish, pabellon, among others. The variety of fillings that can be placed in an empanada is wide haha, you just need to be creative, because almost anything goes well hahaha.

This place we are going to, is located in Los Símbolos, in Caracas, quite close to the subway, it is a street where there are several empanada stands, all at the same price with practically the same price but with one or another variation, which makes people can choose according to the amount of people in one of them and of course according to the quality of the empanada...

En esta oportunidad, yo quise variar en cuanto a los rellenos, por lo general siempre pido de pollo, pero esta vez me pedi una de Cordon Bleu que es pollo con jamon, que la verdad me gustó bastante y un pastelito de carne mechada que uff,me encantó, nunca anyes habia probado en si los paestelitos de ellos y son bastante buenos, creo que me gustan mas que sua empanadas jajajaj, la masa tiene un sabor bastante rico y acompañada con la carne en serio fue una combinación perfecta, lo disfruté mucho jajaj.

Por supuesto acompañé mi desayuno con la clásica salsita de ajo que no falta, que tenia un toquesito picante que hizo que fuese mas divino todo, y lo tradicional de bebida para este desayuno es la Malta, es el acompañante perfecto, pero yo quise un juguito natural, lo pedí de guayaba con fresa que estaba muy rico también y pues terminó de hacer mi desayuno perfecto jaja...

This time, I wanted to vary the fillings, usually I always order chicken, but this time I ordered one from Cordon Bleu which is chicken with ham, which I really liked and a pastry of larded meat that uff, I loved, I had never tried their paestelitos and they are quite good, I think I like them more than their empanadas hahahahahah, the dough has a rich flavor and accompanied with the meat was really a perfect combination, I enjoyed it very much hahahahah.

Of course I accompanied my breakfast with the classic garlic sauce that never fails, which had a spicy touch that made everything more divine, and the traditional drink for this breakfast is the Malta, it is the perfect companion, but I wanted a natural juice, I asked for guava with strawberry which was also very rich and it ended up making my breakfast perfect haha ....

Y listo chicos, esto es todo por este post, si llegaron hasta aqui pudieron darse cuenta que disfruté muchísimo todo jajaja, y si, la verdad tenia ganas desde hace un tiempito y de la nada ayer salio salir a comer y puff, feliz jaja. Es una comida bastante completa, pero evidentemente no es algo de todo los dias ya que es fritura, pero de vez en cuando no cae nada mal si ya de por si tu alimentación es balanceada.
