¡Celebrando el cumple de @dimeshana en El Gran Café! 🤩🍰🍨 [ESP-ENG]

GENTE LINDA Y AMADA, espero se encuentren muy bieeen! Los saludo con mucha energía ya que el día de hoy, 14 de marzo, estuve celebrando el cumple de una personita muy especial que me inspira y hace sentirme así, llena de energía cada que comparto con ella, y posiblemente muchos de ustedes a nuestra querida y aténtica @dimeshana. Desde hace unos 3 años tengo el privilegio de disfrutar y aprender de ella, tanto personalmente como a nivel de Baile, hemos construído, conforme el tiempo, una hermosa y fuerte amistad, de forma que hoy día nos consideramos Mejores Amigas, y por ello, no podía dejar de compartir y regalarle un bonito momento en su cumpleaños...

I greet you with lots of energy because today, March 14, I was celebrating the birthday of a very special person who inspires me and makes me feel so, full of energy every time I share with her, and possibly many of you our dear and attentive @dimeshana. For about 3 years I have had the privilege to enjoy and learn from her, both personally and at the level of Dance, we have built, over time, a beautiful and strong friendship, so that today we consider ourselves Best Friends, and therefore, I could not fail to share and give her a nice moment on her birthday ....

Decidí llevarla a comer helado o alguna torta para cantarle cumpleaños y ponernos al día con muchas cosas, ya que desde que comenzó el año realmente, hemos postergado regalarnos una tarde juntas, fuera del baile y el trabajo. Su cumpleaños cayó como anillo al dedo ya que ambas teníamos disponibilidad y por supuesto, yo no quería desaprovecharla, así que escogí El Gran Café para nuestro encuentro ya que hace unas semanas tuve la oportunidad de probar sus helados y son una MARAVILLA, aparte de tener muy buenos precios y bonitas y cómodas instalaciones.

Este lugar lleva AÑALES en la Ciudad (Caracas), es un ícono de hecho, queda ubicado, para aquellos que no lo han visitado, en toda una Esquina a comienzo del Bulevar de Sabana Grande. La historia del lugar es bastante interesante, de hecho en algún momento dedicaré un Post más detallado a este lugar porque vale muchísimo la pena, solo una vez llegué a comer algo allí (que no sea postre), no me sorprendió mucho o pareció super Wow, pero quiero darle la oportunidad a más platos, sobre todo sus clásicos para poder hacer una buena reseña al respecto. Pero como les digo, luego, y pronto, jeje, pero mientras volvamos al foco principal de este post, el Cumpleaños de Shanita.

Al final a Shana le gustó la idea de pedir una Torta con Helado, y en particular quería llevarla allí porque venden su torta favorita, Brazo Gitano, y pues existía la posibilidad de que tuvieran disponible porciones y así fue. Pedimos una porción de esta Torta acompañada de dos porciones de Helado. En cuanto a éstos, noto que se caracterizan mucho por hacer sus helados de sabores de Chucherías reconocidas y nacionales, como Susy, Cocosette (que fue los sabores que nosotras escogimos), Toddy, Nutella, Chicle, Prestigio, entre muchos otros, y créanme cuando ls digo que el helado SABE DE VERDAD a ese dulce. El helado de Sussy sabe totalmente a Susy y se le puede encontrar incluso trozos de la galleta, lo cual a mi me parece un rotundo éxito.

I decided to take her out for ice cream or some cake to sing her birthday and catch up on a lot of things, since since the beginning of the year we have really postponed giving each other an afternoon together, outside of dancing and work. Her birthday came as a perfect fit since we both had availability and of course, I didn't want to miss it, so I chose El Gran Café for our meeting since a few weeks ago I had the opportunity to try their ice creams and they are a WONDER, apart from having very good prices and nice and comfortable facilities.

This place has been in the city (Caracas) for YEARS, it is an icon in fact, it is located, for those who have not visited it, in a corner at the beginning of the Boulevard of Sabana Grande. The history of the place is quite interesting, in fact at some point I will dedicate a more detailed post to this place because it is very worthwhile, only once I got to eat something there (other than dessert), I was not very surprised or seemed super Wow, but I want to give the opportunity to more dishes, especially their classics to make a good review about it. But as I tell you, later, and soon, hehe, but meanwhile let's get back to the main focus of this post, Shanita's Birthday.

In the end Shana liked the idea of ordering a Torta con Helado, and in particular she wanted to take her there because they sell her favorite cake, Brazo Gitano, and there was a possibility that they had portions available and so it was. We ordered a portion of this Torta accompanied by two servings of Ice Cream. As for these, I notice that they are known for making their ice cream with nationally recognized flavors, such as Susy, Cocosette (which were the flavors we chose), Toddy, Nutella, Chicle, Prestigio, among many others, and believe me when I say that the ice cream REALLY TASTES like that candy. Sussy's ice cream totally tastes like Susy and you can even find pieces of the cookie, which I think is a resounding success.

No es para nada engañoso, no mendigan la cantidad tampoco y pues se disfruta muchísimo las cobinaciones junto a la contextura en si del helado, que para mi es muy buena, no es ni tan firme y tan aguada, está en su punto. Ya como les comenté, es segunda vez que pruebo helados de El Gran Café y oficialmente digo que es una de mis Heladerías favoritas de toda la ciudad, tanto por la calidad como por los precios. La torta si no me pareció la gran cosa, a comparación de la que le regalé a Shana el año pasado (también fue un Brazo Gitano que estuvo Brutal, tengo un Vlog sobre eso y todo), no soy experta y tampoco se mucho al respecto de la preparación de esta torta en particular, pero estaba bastante aceptable. Fue mucho dulce, yo me empalagué rápido con el helado así que de la torta si no comí mucho, además que en si era para Shanita, jeje.

Otra cosa importante a mencionar es que los helados llenan, las barquillas de una porción llenan, en este caso también el postre fue bastante denso, así que en serio vale mucho la pena comer Helado allí, lo recomiendo al 100%. En las fotos se ven los precios de la gran mayoría, nuestro pedido tuvo un costo de 5$, o sea, más que bien para todo lo que disfrutamos, la cumpleañera quedó supér satisfecha así que lo valió completamente. Además, nos dieron un vaso de Nestea a cada una de cortesía al ver que estábamos celebrando un cumpleaños, gesto también positivo y bonito del lugar...

It's not at all deceptive, they don't beg for the quantity either, and you really enjoy the combinations along with the texture of the ice cream itself, which for me is very good, it's not so firm or so watery, it's just right. As I told you, this is the second time I've tried ice cream from El Gran Café and I officially say that it is one of my favorite ice cream parlors in the city, both for the quality and the prices. The cake didn't seem like a big deal to me, compared to the one I gave to Shana last year (it was also a Brazo Gitano that was Brutal, I have a Vlog about it and everything), I am not an expert and I don't know much about the preparation of this particular cake, but it was quite acceptable. It was a lot of sweet, I quickly got cloyed with the ice cream so I didn't eat much of the cake, besides it was for Shanita, hehe.

Another important thing to mention is that the ice cream is filling, the single-serving bars are filling, in this case the dessert was also quite dense, so it is really worth eating ice cream there, I recommend it 100%. In the pictures you can see the prices of most of them, our order had a cost of 5$, that is, more than enough for everything we enjoyed, the birthday girl was super satisfied so it was completely worth it. In addition, they gave us a glass of Nestea to each one of us as a courtesy when they saw that we were celebrating a birthday, also a nice and positive gesture from the place...

Amé acompañar a Shana en su día, yo a ella LA AMO, de verdad que estoy muy agradecida con ella por todo el cariño, confianza, respeto y apoyo que me brinda, es una increíble persona y por supuesto se merece lo mejor y pasar su día Feliz, que lo fue totalmente, cabe destacar🥰, y yo feliz también por eso... I loved accompanying Shana on her day, I LOVE her, I am really grateful to her for all the love, trust, respect and support she gives me, she is an incredible person and of course she deserves the best and to spend her day happy, which she totally was🥰, and I am happy for that too.
