Twitter was on my shit list because of their behavior for a long time. I don't like all those shit-storm failed projects and in general Musk, but robbing off anyone over some nuisance is garbage. Especially for something like Twitter stock which is ultra-imaginary number on a chart! Literally. They produce shit!
But, hear now, he bought like 9% , but his buying of >5% Twitter stock triggered some retard rigged rule where he is actually obligated to file report to some arbitrage company ( what, for a review ??) that he bagged that much percentage of a single stock.

He did but disclosed a buy out later than prescribed by a legislative blowjob-manual, and now some pest is suing him, wtf. Paradise for lawyers. Plus he has cash, not like he will fucking feel it. This is obscenely ridiculous. Are those people so desperate?

In crypto world this is unimaginative. And simply stupid tbh.

Here is in detail wtf they are doing and by the way this deliberate economical disease us paid by taxpayers money. They do jack-shit, just sit there and decide who will get a better cut and who to fine for... anything and then it is an open season for lawyers, because why the fuck not.

He was unaware and that's why he is entitled to some imaginary sum of cash ... for what? Being greedy? Grow the fuck up! He could sue him for not buying more as well.

The lawsuit does not ask for a specified amount in damages but says Musk saved about $143 million by filing his form after the SEC deadline and purchasing shares in the meantime.
