JOB SATISFACTION

Job Satisfaction is something that I am quite obsessed with and I don't mean that lightly at all. I have my reasons for that and mostly all of it stems from my Dad. As most of you guys who have been to my Blogs knows that my Dad works as a Manager of Tea Gardens and I have witnessed firsthand how harsh the Job can be especially when you can't maintain a proper Work-Life Balance. I have personally witnessed my Dad being asked to not go on Leave rather take in extra money for that.

THAT IS NOT A PROPER WORK_LIFE BALANCE

That being said my Dad loves to work so he is not mad at all but I am as I want our family to spend time together rather than just in Bungalow. So for me, that is not a Job that I will be satisfied with so I never wanted to work in Tea Gardens even though I could have made great progress thanks to my Dad. Currently, the Job that I am in pays literally 1/3 rd of what I could have gotten but I am comparatively Satisfied by the Job I am doing.
Yes, this Job also has its own issues and I won't lie by saying everything is good but I feel Satisfied by which mean I feel self-motivated to do my job properly for the growth of the company I work for.

All that being said Salary is also important for Job Satisfaction and as I said before my Salary is on the lower end of the spectrum and the only reason I am happy with that Salary right now is because of my other Sources of Income by which I mean my Crypto Income. So I can't thank you enough for how grateful I am to all the guys that have helped me in this path towards making a PASSIVE INCOME STREAM a semi-success. I say Semi Success as I hope to build this Income Stream more and more in the future.
